   Visited 20th September, staff very poor, didn’t scan points correctly , flat white again poor . I always leave positive reviews when I receive good service and food. This is my first negative review, I find it very disappointing spending extortionate prices for rubbish drinks and service .

   Very slow- one server. Two others milling around. Think they’re more interested in closing, than serving. Staff sullen/ bordering on rude. Chewing gun when talking to you (not the worst thing ever I know.

   I've been here a few times to get coffees and each time I've had a friendly member of staff who always seems to get my coffee order correct. I'm a little picky with my order as I have intolerances so my order is little long but I've not had anyone look or behave like my order was too much for them. (Which I appreciate) The shop is always clean on my visits.

   Just been served on Saturday 7th June by a lovely staff member called Jess. She saw my daughter was upset after having our car brake down on the car park and was really comforting to her - even gave her a cake to cheer her up. Thank you Jess. You made us smile on a very stressful day

   We went there today for afternoon coffee and chat the area is clean and space for wheelchairs and prams and has one toilet and disabled toilet and the woman serving me today was very lovely and smile alway through her service and the coffee was amazing and abit busy the service was quick and the drinks was made straight away and I order coconut mocha it was beautiful

   Friendly staff (some of them anyways) went in for a drink today and it wasn’t made correctly, didn’t taste right at all the young man who did it think his name was De-lone - he was absolutely amazing, apologised and was quick to make our drinks again. We ordered two medium caramel Fraps and he was kind enough to do us large drinks after we complained about the original drinks. Once again he was very apologetic but still kept smiling. Place is kept clean and tidy, even through the busy rushes they have. On another note although the staff are always smiling and happy to make conversation with you, there is a manager I think she is who looks absolutely miserable! If you’re that miserable to come to work, why bother?

   One of the better shops of this chain. Staff are fabulous. Coffee is great too. Love the Cinnamon Swirls. No covid restrictions in place. Normal working hours. Fully back to normal.
