On Friday the 5th of December we arrived for a pre-booked Festive Menu meal for 14 neighbours, which ran "like clockwork". Every individually selected course arrived without any undue waiting, very well presented; and hot. Our servers were polite, friendly and welcoming. Overall a very happy and enjoyable meal for us all. Thank-You Moreton Arms.
This place is very good to have calm evenings unwinding with your partner , family or friends. The service is very good, but I will encourage member of staff, to give room to indecisive customers or help recommend choices they can pick from. The member of staff that attended to us, was somewhat too fast, which gave the feeling of "oh can you just make your choice, so I can get back to my job". We just went for a drink here, they do pints and shots.
I ordered using my phone and didn’t realise I’d ordered 1 of the meals twice. This was pointed out to me and a refund issued there and then. I’d have been none the wiser. Every time we come in all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is always excellent too.
Came here for a pub tea after a busy day. Pub was small but cosy with a good atmosphere. Service was friendly and helpful. Food was really nice, hot and plenty of choice on the menu! Really worth a stop for some food and a drink or two!
It has had a makeover since the last time I went and it looks so much better for it. There are some really cosy seats and feels so much better. The door to the car park has been closed off so the entrance is at the main door.the food and menu choice is also very good and reasonably priced
They had a Karaoke night and it was super fun. I even got my mate up to sing too Friendly enough place, food at good prices if you're hungry. Good size car park and lit well. Toilets were just about adequate
Stopped hear with the kids as we’re passing and saw the pub garden with play equipment… staff were extremely friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome! Food was great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good spot to eat and have a drink!
Its like our friendly, neighbourhood, cozy pub! The place is like any other pub with a slightly modern touch to its interiors. The staff is quite friendly with the normal drinks and food as with any other regular pub. First time we ended up going to this place cause it looked quite fancy from the outside and us thinking we could do a nice date night but it looks like its just a routine drinking place when you haven't got much to do over the weekend. I am sure this place would be great for an amazing feast in the summers as the outside decor looks stunning and would do amazing on a bright sunny day paired with a nice beer and steak. Worth a try but not to keep your hopes that high!
