   ​We had such a cracking experience at Hollybush—we were truly impressed! ​Right from the start, we felt welcome. The first staff member we spoke to, a young woman in black, was incredibly friendly and happy to answer all our questions. We had booked a table online, we noticed the tables had names on and then we found the table which had been allocated to us with our name on up in the back area with the kids' toys. Honestly, what a brilliant idea—it's such a thoughtful idea and keeps the little ones happy. ​When we ordered, the staff were all professional, efficient, and polite. The only slight disappointment was that quite a few things were off the menu—like the kebab, the whole pizza selection, and a specific gravy dip for the burger etc. ​We were told to expect a 40-minute wait for the food, but it arrived in around 30 mins and it was piping hot. The serving staff were attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with the meals. ​To be honest, we expected typical, run-of-the-mill, cheap pub grub, but we were completely wrong! The food was genuinely decent and cooked perfectly. From the fries being perfectly crispy to the burger patties being nicely charred, and even the kids' mac and cheese (which can often be terrible at big chain pubs) was great. ​The pub itself is huge, with so many different areas—it's a real breath of fresh air. We had an outstanding time, and we'll definitely be back very soon to dine with you again. Please do pass on our highest regards to the staff from yesterday—they were absolutely fab!

   Food very bad. Partner found a hair in the food had to send back for a replacement. Food was tasteless and portion size very bad for the price. Paid £20 for steak and scampi was not worth that at all. Attached photos. After having to send back meals all we offered was a measly £10 off next visit. Shocking to say the least.

   We hired the small function area for my mother in law's surprise 80th meal. When we arrived , the large room was available and offered to us without hesitation. The staff were wonderful and the manager Craig went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for wonderful service for our large party.

   Popped in on a busy, sunny, Saturday with my partner and the boys for lunch and drinks. Service amazing from the moment we arrived, lovely gentleman Sam took great care of us the whole time. We had the choice of indoor or outdoor seating, we opted for indoor as we was with a newborn. Sam was super accommodating to our needs, he checked in often, and personally directed us to the spotless baby changing facilities. Enjoyed the the food, drinks and atmosphere! Perfect for date nights and girly catch ups too.

   Attended on a weekday, dining area pretty empty, staff welcoming on arrival. Good portion sizes and food was flavourful. Did feel it was a little over priced for the location. And the bar seems to attract a noisy bunch, so it’s good now that is closed off to dampen the noise. Don’t think I’ll attend in a hurry but it serves a purpose when visiting family locally.

   Wow we all had an amazing meal today, all 13 of us, thoroughly enjoyed it especially with the 30% voucher. Thank you to Gemma who was really informative and helpful yesterday when I pre ordered and today. She was very pleasant. All staff were very helpful and came to check every meal was good. The only thing was they didn't have all the desserts but managed to cater off the new menu list. Thank you to all the Team at Hollybush Pub, will definitely visit again.

   I scanned the menu and ordered from the table and the drinks and food served very quickly. The table my daughter and I sat on had Snakes and Ladders printed in it so we used salt and pepper pots as counters and had a quick game while we waited. It was lovely not played for years. The food was lovely and hot and all of the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you

   Looks greats, big change in side, not quite clear how to order food, but there was a customer, who was telling other customers in the right direction Order at bar or use the app Butter in the photo looks like one is off, person apologised, and brought me a new, first, the wrong order was brought to us then had to wait for the chicken and bacon salad asked for no tomatoes was told at the till he has gone through, but it won’t show up on the receipt, when the salad arrived it had tomatoes on sent back order all they did was pick off the tomatoes and send the salad back to me, had to get a refund as was traces of tomato on the salad, sent dish back. The young lady who was serving us was very apologetic, Was told the manager is talking to the kitchen would’ve been nice if someone had come to us.
