   Our 1st time as a family going out for Christmas dinner and it didn’t disappoint. Food amazing, atmosphere amazing and service 2nd to none. Everything was delicious. Jess was our waitress for today and nothing was too much to ask from her. It’s a 10/10 from us.

   Good place for a carvery of consistent quality. The Stonehouse app provides some good weekly offers. However after 3 visits and in using the app offers I realised I didn’t have any stamps on the app. Member of staff then told me they have to scan that seperately. Not a great design. But staff should tell you this when you order. So I can’t give five stars for service. The food is better than your average carvery but bear in mind on Sunday as I realised yesterday it’s more expensive. Why ? I have no idea. Go in the weekdays for a better price.

   Had lunch today, the carvery was great and the guy serving name Luke was very helpful, friendly and professional. We saw him help an elderly customer and take his food to his table for him. I decided to have a take away for my uncle also, he has been here before and enjoyed the food.

   Not visited in a few months, however staff are still as warm and inviting as ever. Pizzas we ordered were delicious. Compliments to the chef. Will definitely return again and is a place we'll recommend to family and friends.

   Me and my husband came for the festive menu 3 course tonight and it was beautiful we were met by an extremely helpful waiter who came to our table all throughout and was very quick efficient polite and made the experience really friendly and nice the pub was decorated lovely and cosy and the food was exceptional 10 out of 10 for freshness and quality great value had a top night
