   Based on my experience in the store 17.5.25, if I could give minus stars I would. The manager, someone called Conor is an rude bully boy who doesn't seem to like if someone points out he is incorrect and can't tell the difference between someone speaking to him and trying to explain something against shouting. He actually humiliated me in front of approximately 10 customers.by demanding I left 'his store'. It was confirmed by someone else I hadn't done anything wrong, it was the manager who was in the wrong and is a bully who needs taken down a peg or 2. Have had to file a complaint with the company directly. Avoid this store and him if you can.

   Drove to ARDS branch to return. an item on 23rd Jan only to find the shop in darkness and locked. No sign of any staff or a notice to say why.This was at about 11.30am. Really annoyed .I even rang the shop and ARDS shopping centre but no one knew why. Will the shop be open tomorrow or will I have another wasted journey!????

   Opening times listed aren’t correct, tried to shop today at 4:35 and shop doors were locked although staff were still present and lights were on. The sale banners cover the shop opening hours in the window, can’t really tell when they will be open or not.

   Just want to say what a lovely shop this is and the staff are incredibly helpful. My Nan needed some last minute items for holiday and was in a real panic but the guy who works there, I think he is the manager, she was singing his praises. He was so helpful and took the time to make sure she got what she needed. 5* service

   I never really shopped here too much before but now it’s become a favourite, I really like the length of tops. Leaving this review as have noticed a really good change, I used to get so frustrated and not bother hunting too long with the bunched in clothes but the shop is looking better than ever, it’s clean and tidy, the staff have been super welcoming and chatty, there was a lovely guy going round everyone offering help last couple times I’ve been in. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management or what but it’s so much easier to shop in this layout now and always feel welcome and not self conscious in this store. 5 stars!

   I bought a lovely blue/white flowered blouse in the sale today. I was served by a very pleasant helpful assistant called Tasha. I call in to Bonmarche in ARDS Shopping Centre most Saturdays.
