   We shopped at this location on October 20th. The person at the register ( Samuel ) did not take out the anti-theft devices and we've noticed it only after going home to the US. We've been trying to get a refund ever since! It's been two months of phone calls and emails back and forth. They even made us ship the items back (by paying for the shipping out of pocket!)- for which we haven't received a refund either. I have the receipts and pictures of everything. Honestly, terrible experience overall. If you're going to shop here, know that if something goes wrong, they have no desire to be helpful. 0 customer support.

   I recently visited this store and the girls were just outstanding. I had my son in a buggy so difficult to manage when I want to try things on. Well not here. I was helped every step of the way. One of the girls saw that I was struggling and immediately came and took my items to the changing room. I had questions about various sizes and they were very knowledgeable. Overall the customer service was very friendly, welcoming and one of the best in Belfast I have had experience of. Thank you so much!

   Although the pieces are pricey the sale prices are reasonable. Got a lovely teddy jacket, used multiple times and washed it too. Seems to be worth the price. On comparison the in-store prices are much better than online ones.

   Beautiful best quality materials used, would like to see more v neck type tops for women and I'd buy out of their more regularly. But apart from that. I can't fault the textiles themselves. Quality stuff.

   Just went in for a look....... as one does! I love this store and the quality of clothing, it's great value really and washes and wears so well. spoiled myself and the girls were super friendly and helpful. Laura I think was one assistant's name, a gem she was, wished I'd got back before leaving Belfast but will visit again.
