   Terrible service, drop my car off for MOT no problems. Leave to go get some some lunch, 15 minutes later get a call that the mechanic refused to do it because he didn't feel comfortable working in my car because it was untidy. I wont pretend my car is immaculate but all it had was some dog hair. Leave the photos for uou to judge for yourself but I was shocked at the laziness, felt like an excuse to not have to do any work.

   Shocking. Was recommended kwik fit for camber adjustments and changing my wheels. Chose this branch as it's close to my office. Told them I will need camber adjustment on rear wheels and I was going to buy 4 new alloys wheels. Was told to buy the alloys and then return to them. Bought alloys and tyres which had come off from an identical car. Returned to them with the alloys, and a friend who had carried them for me in his SUV.Was quoted £20 per wheel to change, and then £130ish (can't remember) for the camber adjustment. Agreed to the price whatever it was. Got a call not 30 minute later from the manager, telling me the alloy wheels I had bought do not fit the car and they could not get them on. I then told them to just sort the camber adjustment. I was then told that this would not be possible for a myriad of reasons, and I needed to buy new tyres! I picked up my alloys and car and went to Speedys Wheels in Walsall who had the wheels on in minutes, and charged just £10 per tyre. Will be sorting out camber with professionals in the near future. Boys if you don't want to take on a job just say so. Don't lie to people and say they have the wrong parts. P. S leaving this place is a nightmare now due to the roadworks. Takes 20 mins to get on the main road. What a waste of a day!

   I booked my car in for 12pm for an oil and filter change. I arrived at 11.50. I sat in the freezing cold waiting room for over 2 hours. I have social anxiety so was dreading asking what the delay was but in the end I had to ask, I was told it will be ready in 10 mins. They knew how long I was sat there, they could have given me an update but didnt. In the past I have done my own oil and filter change and its took me no more than 15 mins. I'm 63 now and getting under the car without ramps is difficult so decided to take it in to have it done. Never again. It cost me £185.00 and when the oil and filter cost no more than £80 I think it is disgraceful. Yes I knew the price before I had the work done but over 2 hours for a 20 min job!! Sorry, I will be going elsewhere in the future.

   Never really been a fan of "chain" branded garages but I've been to willenhall kwikfit numerous times now and always recieved great service. They even squeezed me in during the heatwave and got my aircon back up and running, the last time I visited was to have my wheel alignment done after having some suspension parts changed, I rang them first thing on thr Friday morning g and they said come down and we'll fit you in, they git me sorted in no time so I could carry on with my day. When you need your vehicle for business purposes this kind of customer service goes a long way. Great work fellas!!
