   I had a great experience here when choosing a suit shirt and tie, thanks to Eoin who was patient and extremely helpful. Nice spacious premises too. Compared to experiences elsewhere I would recommend RU without hesitation.

   Went in looking for a suit. First asked about sizes, that was fine. Then asked about price, to be told the cheap options are......excuse me? I didn't ask for a cheap option, I asked about prices. Pretty insulting. Will never be back!

   Quality of clothing has deteriorated. I was a regular customer however recently returned a polo shirt which had worn a hole where they stitch the label at the neck. They refused any refund as outside the period but held on to the garment to check it out. I never heard back and they kept the top! Shocking customer service. Won’t be getting any further business from me or friends

   Came here with my husband to pick up a suit for our anniversary. The staff was helpful and showed us different options and helped in getting the pair of trousers that fit. The fitting room is huge and cozy. Overall, I think they have nice options for the price they offer.

   Poor quality suit was deteriorating after wearing it on one occasion. When they were informed that I was unsatisfied, they were unhelpful and made assumptions without investigating the suit in person. Do not invest your money in a organisation with poor customer support and poor quality clothing. Disappointed.

   Bought 3 suits from here over the years and this will be my last time doing so. When I went in to the store looking to buy a suit nobody came near me to help. I had to interrupt 2 members of staff at the till talking. Bought a suit that needed altered. Promised a time frame that it would be ready. My wife arrived a week later than the suit was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t there. Eventually got the suit and they made a mess of altering it. Trouser leg meant to be taken up 1/2 an inch and they brought it up 2 1/2 inches. I was told they would do the alteration complimentary even though I was still charged. I dealt with Craig on any previous occasion I bought from Remus including my wedding suit and he was fantastic but now no longer works there. Spent £200+ on a suit I can do nothing with. Little point in contacting the shop as they are unhelpful. Thank you Aaron for messing this up.

   I was in the need of a formal white shirt with a wide collar and truth be told I hadn't a clue where to go. Thank goodness for these guys and in particular Aaron who helped me out. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, he took his time explaining what shirts were what and what would be best for me. I was allowed to try one on, just to make sure my estimated size hadn't, er, expanded post Covid. All in all these folks are the real deal with very reasonably priced products...give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

   Me and my partner wandered past this shop on a weekend away in Belfast. We are getting married next year and I have been looking for a suit, we saw one we liked in the window so we went in. After a couple of minutes, Aaron came over to us and was so knowledgeable and helpful. He saw that we were interested in a different suit so he measured me up and pulled out all the stops to make it fit and look perfect. We were so happy to find out that they could deliver to England and we purchased the suit in store to be delivered to our home address. Aaron was fantastic, he was so chatty and not pushy at all. We can't thank you enough Aaron for helping us. The store was immaculate too and all the staff seemed so friendly. :)
