   H&M Belfast is da bomb! The only H&M I can find on point clothes that fit at a decent price. Love the staff, the clothes, I go into such a trance that I placed my raincoat on top of a clothes rack. 1 hour later I asked a floor person if they had seen it, and voila! Love that! Honestly, you can't go wrong here.

   The Belfast branches of H&M are decidedly disappointing in their range - covering only a fraction of the European stores. The Victoria Square shop edges ahead of the Royal Avenue unit though, with a more comprehensive men's department.

   I was not expecting to spend my day off from work, not only in the Victoria Square but for the majority of it, in H&M. H&M is a brand that I am aware of but it is certainly not a shop I have ever considered going in to as I have always seen it advertised at young people. Never the less, here I was in the shop as my teenage daughter also had the day off from school and she was in need of quite a lot of new clothes. I dutifully followed behind as my daughter picked out a few items and took some time considering them. At this point I was asked my opinion on the clothes, and while I thought they looked quite good, they had a nice retro thing going on, I had to ask what their price was. My wife showed me how much it cost and explained that clothes here were good quality at a decent price. Seeing this demonstrated, I quickly abandoned everyone and decided it was time for me to get a wardrobe refresh. I am a terrible shopper, in that it's not a favourite pass time of mine and I'm awfully indecisive but I did quite enjoy rendering around aimlessly, looking for new shirts and t-shirts. In the end I was able to get a couple of things for myself that I like the look of. Quite unusually for my daughter she chose quite a few items she liked, even if the whole process did take hours. The store was nicely laid out, the staff we're helpful, letting me know what was in stock and which days new stock comes in, and there were plenty of well kept changing rooms.
