   Money! money! money! Stars for friendly/competent teacher, baby water in the face prompts (handy for washing babies hair at bath time, not so much emergency situations/water safety), and the underwater swims were great trust exercises. Bad points: Although, experience somewhat overshadowed by there almost cult-like business model. And because myself and baby were unable to attend our last swim due to sickness and were not allowed to reschedule either. This seemed particularly harsh with no prior sick days and two terms of swimming amounting to £300. Money seems to be the priority. From selling you the blocks of lessons which feel hard to leave when you want too, (adding to the culty-ness of it) when you say you are leaving you get passed to sales person whose job it is to make you stay. There is also a slightly confusing and long notice period. Waterbabies like to up sell their own branded swimwear/floats and incredibly high priced photography. Yes, I understand the use of a flashy underwater camera but when you're paying so much for the lessons in the first place you'd think the photos would be more accessible to their customers. Personally I didnt appreciate the flashy cards, characters and little awards that are designed to keep you in. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Waterbabies. There are other swimming lessons out there.
