Ordered 5L of unstabilised chlorine on 19th August, now been advised it is not due in stock until 5th September - misleading to sell items not in stock without showing that on their webshop, have had to close the pool early as a result (it is now green) and will never buy from these charlatans again
Found the product provided to me was better than the previous one i was using. That also at a cheaper price. Thank for such an amazing product. I would recommend everyone to try this once.
Warning!! Stay away from this company. I placed order 12 days ago and still waiting for update. No delivery, no reply of email, no update message, nothing!! I will report as Fraud. If I can I want to put 0 star but the minimum is 1 star.
Sent me something completely different to what I ordered. Tried to phone, answerphone only. I have sent them an email about this - will wait to see if rectified ( though looking at previous emails, I fear not.) Will update this review if they DO ACTUALLY SORT THIS OUT!
BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I urge anyone using this company to do their research. Their website, which has only been established since 25th July 2020 shows hundreds of Pool, Spa and Hot Tub products; Chlorine tablets/granules, clarifiers, etc etc with each product often having over 400 to 500 5 star reviews. This seems very unrealistic when other more well established companies operating 5 times longer don't have this many reviews per item. The reviews seem fake and repetitive, the same reviews are used across different products, not for just one particular product (fact). They also operate a sister website based at the same Wiltshire address SN13 8DT called the The Pool Cleaners (Google it!) this website appears to offer the same products at unbelievably cheap prices but don't be fooled. Again do your research as this sister website shows a trustpilot rating of 4.5 stars at the top of every page on their website or did do at the time of writing this... This is a complete lie as their trustpilot rating for 'The Pool Cleaners' is very low with many poor reviews from disgruntled customers who have parted with money as I did, only never to receive their items and to be unable to contact the company. They do not answer their phone and can only be contacted via email to which they respond with generic reply blaming the shipping company. You have to battle very hard to get your money back. This sister website also has very unsavory Google reviews, simply Google 'The Pool Cleaners' and read for yourself. No doubt the positive Google review left here is fake too.
Bought 20L pool cleaner online. Paid for it and the next day they refunded me with no explanation. Went back on the website and found the product had doubled in price. Don't bother wasting your time with these clowns.
Be careful using this company. They send you cheap alternative products. They promised a refund which didn’t arrive. Then they ignore e mails. I am claiming back via barclaycard.
