   Unhelpful and difficult experience with this retailer - note they are very strict with 14 day returns policy, is calendar days not including weekends or bank holidays and they claim items are sale items if you use an NHS discount code on full price items. Customer service love their T+Cs.

   I have just purchased a pair of trainers at a great price. They were delivered to the wrong address. I tried to contact Royal Mail without success but got hold of Aaron at Mr Mrs Stitch immediately. He was so helpful and promised me a replacement if they didn’t turn up. I did manage to track them down but Aaron really put my mind at rest. I love the trainers and the excellent service I received.

   Competitively priced, decent delivery timescale and one very happy customer. Overall, a really nice selection of both classic and contemporary high quality clothing. Only thing they could enhance on the website is the product description and a bit more detail in their own take on the product e.g. few more pics (my Nudie Lean Dean Jeans only had 4 pics, more of people wearing them would be good), provenance , quality, what it goes well with and top tips to keep the item in prime condition. I'll definitely be using Mr and Mrs Stitch again. Keep up the great work.

   Bought a perfume from this company unfortunately the perfume doesn’t smell and look original like the last one I bought directly from the perfume company itself.Bloody rashes all over my body. Very bad smell , very fake .Xtremely disappointed ☹️ and won’t be returning here for any future purchase. 0/100%. Bloody rip off.

   Anyone interested in used clothes for the price of new, come to this store they will satisfy that need! Be aware of your products coming from this store infused with cigarette and perfume smell, cuz apparently in their eyes that is considered NEW! Also, refunds are a nightmare at the cost of your own money and time.

   Scam!!! I bought a jacket size 46 for my father's birthday and when I open the gift I realise that they sent me size 56. The day after his birthday I send them and e-mail to get a refund because of their mistake and they tell me that the 14 days delay expired and they would not refund me!!!!
