   Superdry Belfast is a fantastic store with top-class customer service. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile without being pushy.    I have worst experience buying jogging bottoms from superdry .They send me used trousers.trousers has poop stain ,body hair and it is so dirty .I’m fuming right now .Never going to shop from superdry again .

   I do not live in Belfast but my husband likes Superdry therefore I decided to visit the store in Victoria square to purchase his birthday present. I spent over £300 on items. 2 of the things I purchased didn’t fit well. Today, I tried to return the unused items for a credit note or exchange. I was unable to do this as more than 28 days had passed since I bought the items. The manger didn’t even bother to come and speak to me. He sent a young employee to say unfortunately we can’t help. The polo shirt I had bought was still in stock and it would have beenno inconvenience to the store to swap the size from large to medium for us as I requested. We are supposed to be trying to shop on the high street to support our stores. Unfortunately I will avoid this store and shop Superdry online only from now on. I regret buying the items here. Very very poor customer service.

   Terrible.. Brought back xmas gifts & superdry is not there anymore apart from 1 hanger in another store with approx 6 t.shirts & a few out of style hoodies.

   Unfortunately not very good experience today in shop. Started of opening time needs up dates as I paid for parking for an hour. Because shop didn't open until 10. I got a parking fine. Not one member of staff asked did I need assistance. Won't be back.
