The store is boiling and fitting rooms are upstairs to make matters worse. The staff look at me like I’m crazy and are very unwelcoming save for a few working on the floor. Self checkouts are confusing and you can only go to an actual person if it’s for a return
The staff were very kind and helpful, the prices are great, and the clothes are beautiful. I really enjoyed shopping here and will definitely come back again!
A tiny Pull & Bear shop but got some good deals in there
I visited Pull and Bear on the 29/11/2024 and I had an experience that genuinely made me so angry and upset. A woman (clearly distressed and overstimulated) was sat down outside the fitting room on a waiting for what I assume to be her daughter/granddaughter/niece. She was red and looked like she was about to faint and had taken a seat to try and regain control over her breathing as she was panting. The lady on the fitting room control then continued to say “You need to leave you cannot sit there” and the woman frantically apologised saying “I’m so sorry I’ll leave now I’m sorry” and got up and left and the lady on the fitting room control then shook her head as the woman walked away looking as if she was about to faint. I found this extremely rude and unfair as the woman had clearly been there to help the relative and take a short break while they were trying on clothes and there was not even a second of remorse for this woman. Still upsets me to this day thinking about it. Do better Pull and Bear!!

The Asian female staff with glasses on was not polite replying to my questions when I went to the check out, which mad me uncomfortable. Please make sure she can have more training about customer service.
Terrible shop! No space for staff to work or store stock and when you’re using one of the only 3 changing rooms male and female staff are walking in and out to get stock. Does not feel safe.
Tried to return size 8 jeans today that I got as a gift but had no receipt. All tags intact however. Advised I could only exchange for different size in same jeans but I couldn't find any on shop floor and staff didn't offer to check stock. Tried to exchange for size 10 in different jeans but refused quoting company policy that this was not possible! I know the jeans cost £27.99 so money lost. Fitting rooms not open so can't try anything on in store either! Ripping customers off! Attitude of staff dudnt help either!
Pull and bear literally has my heart as far as clothing goes! The staff are nice and they don't pester you around the store! The clothing range is fantastic and the prices match! You can't go wrong for t-shirts for a fiver and jeans for £20! The only thing I have to say is that the downstairs of the store is so packed out with clothes you can barely move, which a pram it's hard, but for the clothes and the good price it's worth it
