   Marv and Ben at southwest pools have been fantastic! They have replaced our old liner and checked all our pipe work and only did was was needed. We are thrilled with it. They were very efficient and their communication with you as a customer is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel very confident with their care I can’t recommend them enough.    Superb service from Marvin and the Team. I couldn't believe how quickly responded to our issue at this time of year. He did an excellent job and got our lining replaced, efficiently and without fuss. He also offered excellent advice on maintaining the pool in the future. By far the best pool service in the area - we wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend SouthWest Pools to anyone.

   I genuinely can’t thank Marv and the team at South West Pools Ltd enough for making my childhood dream a reality. I’ve always wanted a pool, and thanks to them, it’s now sitting in my garden — and it’s perfect. Marv (and his colleague, who I affectionately nicknamed Harry — a nod to the Home Alone wet bandits!) were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Nothing was too difficult, and they patiently answered all my silly questions, including the daily “Can I put the water in yet?” From site engineering, dig out, construction details, through to practical completion, they handled it all seamlessly. They also coordinated brilliantly with all the other trades — landscapers, carpenters, electricians — keeping everything smooth and stress-free. They gave me a start date, a finish date (the 6th June), and even managed to surprise me by getting the water in for the 4th! It was honestly one of the best surprises I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend South West Pools more highly. If you’re dreaming of a pool — these are the people to call. Absolute legends.

   First4Pools (Kyle) were a great help in ensuring we got the right hot-tub for our property. The delivery and install was not straight forward withthe Hot-tub needing to be craned in over a stream, between telephone wires and over the back fence. Great service.

   We recently purchased a vortex spa cobalt hydro plus hot tub from first4pools. The whole experience was amazing. Firstly we visited the showroom in bath (beautifully presented) and met Kyle the sales person, he showed us around and had a mountain of knowledge. He listened to what we wanted, and the best thing was, there was no pushy sales! It’s always the most off putting thing, but there was none of that. We decided to go for the spa named above, from the second we said we wanted it, they changed everything around to fit the tub in with our schedule. The site survey was carried out by Brendan who again has so much knowledge, answered all our questions and was just such a lovely genuine person. We had it fitted last Monday, and the whole team came and helped install it. The boss even came in after to check he was happy with it all and check for any imperfections it may of had from being taken off the trailer and through to the garden down a very tight path. It was a perfect installation, and there was not a mark in sight. They stayed and ran through all the chemicals with us and instructions (socially distanced of course) and then left us to it. We have enjoyed the whole experience so so much. It’s the best purchase we have ever made, with having such stressful jobs, there’s nothing quite like forgetting the world in a hot tub. Marvin texts everyday to see how we’re getting on, and we send him pictures of the test and he advises us on what chemicals to add so it’s always perfect. Thank you first4pools, we could never recommend you enough.

   Update 12/11/2020: Further excellent service from Tom and Brendan at First4Pools over the past week when fixing a blocked vac line and getting the pool all set up for the coming winter months. Can't recommend them enough. Original Review April 2020: Received excellent service from Marvin and Brendan over the last few days. Excellent communications and Brendan in particular was very helpful and patient when he visited us today to show us how to operate the pool in our new home. I now have a much better understanding of how the system works and feel much more confident in making it safe and clean for my family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First4Pools and we will definitely be using them in the future.
