   Been a fan of the brands NeverNever stock for a while and was so happy to learn that there is finally a place in Belfast which stocks them as well as their own brand! I went in today with my pup and partner and they guys were so great, helpful and funny! Walked out super happy with our items and we'll be back again and again and again!

   My new favourite place to shop. Gorgeous space, fantastically curated & plenty to choose from. I’m not sure where else I would go to find similar pieces. The staff have always been friendly, patient and accommodating with me and my indecisiveness. They have been helpful when I’ve contacted them about items and more than willing to help with returns/ exchanges. Looking forward to my next visit and excited about what I’ll find!

   Incredibly poor customer service and extremely arrogant staff members. Tried to return a jumper last week and was told that we couldn’t because there was a “dirty mark on it.” We explained to the member of staff that this was just a drop of water from when I had washed my hands earlier and it had dripped into the bag. The member staff explained that they couldn’t take it because they would not be able to sell it on. This was completely fair. But since it was obviously just water, the mark dried in less than an hour later. I asked my brother to return the jumper for me the next week since I was in work. As soon as my brother entered the shop the member of staff dealing with him was arrogant, defensive and rude, claiming that I had “pushed the jumper” onto him to return. My brother once again explained the situation and was met with aggressive behaviour. The member of staff started slabbering at him and claiming we had had the jumper dry cleaned even though the tags were still on the jumper (Common sense clearly went out the window). The member of staff continued to act aggressive and entitled towards my brother and even tried to keep the bag we had brought the jumper in! Extremely disappointed and disheartened with this interaction. This used to be an amazing shop with great customer service and helpful staff. It is sad to see that it has changed so quickly. We used to shop here all the time, but I can honestly say that I won’t be back.

   What an amazing shop! Our family was visiting from the states and the two owners we talked to had the best energy, not to mention the enviable selection of garments to choose from. I've already had two friends order online to get the same pieces I picked up. Without a doubt a must-see when in Belfast! Spreading the word far and wide about y'all!
