Watched a man put an outfit in the bin after being refused a refund or exchange. They then went and took it back out of the bin and put it back on display
The main girl was so rude over Xmas. I didn't know if she was stressed because of the busy holiday season so I asked other people who have also went and enquired about getting things embroided and they all said she was also rude. Hope the girls people skills get better as it is a nice little shop in town
My mum purchased a christening bib on Saturday, gave the date of 19/11/23. Bib was embroidered with the 23/11/23. Went back to get it sorted with the correct date only for the man on the stall to argue that the 23rd was the date given. The 23rd is a Thursday so why would she give that date and my mum confirmed the date with me multiple times before she ordered. They wouldn't fix the bib or print a new one and she had to buy another one.. you pay over the odds for items on the stand as it is never mind having to purchase something twice because of their mistake.. very disappointed.
The manager of this stand is extremely rude, abrupt and disrespectful, I have been getting products from this stand for the last number of years. When I was unhappy with the quality of the naming on my stocking I was basically told I could take it or leave it. I asked her would she just do it again and she refused as she was TOO busy and it would just come out the same. Non existent customer service
Most say The staff is so unprofessional I went to get my daughter a stocking for Christmas and as I came back to get it I could hear the women there talking to another customer about me and how I spelt my daughter's name. You are there to do a job not to comment on how I spell MY child's name it is redickules I will not be back I thought it was so disrespectful
It annoys me how staff are so unprofessional and unpleasant when you pay for an item and get asked to come back in an hour and a half, when that is inconvenient in itself but with a 3 year old running riot it is a lot harder. Then when you call back after sitting in the shopping center they got the date completely wrong!!! There was no apology from this stand I was told 'we cant shut up shop for you, you got your money back' this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be returning to this stand. Customer service is too important to me.
