   I’ve got my tear trough filler here and I was extremely disappointed. I got this filler done 5 weeks before my wedding and it ended really badly. I had big lump under my eye and it was really overfilled. The response I’ve got was that this will go down and heal in two weeks however I had tear trough done in past with someone else and it was never like this. Also, the injector here said that if it won’t go down they will dissolve it free of charge however she couldn’t guarantee anything and she wouldn’t be able to fill it back in in time for my wedding. Kept calling me impatient and problematic and I was so scared to go there again even for dissolving. I booked with tear trough professional in Birmingham to review it and dissolve it for me and she was shocked how they did this treatment here how there was no merging or consistency of the filler placement it was literally stuck in one place. It wouldn’t go down in two weeks time and the responses I’ve got were really unprofessional they even advised me that I am not welcome there anymore. I would never go back, the only thing I would take back is ever going there. Also, cherry on top is that the injector said that every client is the same…We literally all have different face, eyes, the placement of the filler should be done according to your facial features. I don’t recommend.

   I’ve been to Hannah a few times for Botox and she is very welcoming and friendly and informative about the treatments she offers. I’ve also had a treatment done by one of her students which was a really good experience too, they both made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend!

   I had my lips done with Hannah , the shape was sooo amazing !she thoroughly explains what she’s doing what she’s using and after care. She really takes her time to ensure it’s exactly what you want , definitely will be coming back for more treatments.

   I had my lip filler done by Hannah, I am absolutely in love with the results, she listened to exactly what I wanted. She is very talented, and very professional and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure thoroughly which made me feel at ease and the fact that she knew what she was doing, I would 100% go back and visit Hannah again for my lips or any other treatment she offers.
