One of the most exceptional restaurants in Brighton. The quality of the cuisine is always my top priority when I dine at a restaurant, and this one is truly exceptional. Every dish, from Falafel to Mixed Kabob to Tagine Lamb, was bursting with flavor. During our conversation with Mr. Sabri, we discovered that the spices are meticulously selected and prepared at home. The quality of the ingredients is essential in any culinary endeavor. The aroma is genuinely detectable. And most importantly, the chef has acquired the ability to cook and is meticulous about the quality of his food. He does not just combine spices and serve a cuisine. He loves what he does and it reflects in his dishes. Mr. Sabri's hospitality is what truly distinguishes him, as it is exceedingly warm. It never felt as though we were dining in a restaurant; rather, it was as though we were dining at home.

I recently dined at [A Taste of Sahara] and was thoroughly impressed by the diverse range of Moroccan, Lebanese, and Iranian cuisine on offer. The ambiance was delightful, and the service truly stood out. Our Waitress demonstrated exceptional skill, seamlessly managing both taking orders and serving food herself. It was evident that she was knowledgeable and passionate about the cuisine, enhancing our dining experience. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend [A Taste of Sahara] to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Halal Middle Eastern cuisine.

Beautiful cousin. If you are looking for food made with love, fresh ingredients and great flavors you must try this restaurant. We have had our Christmas lunch here, which was a buffet and it was DELICIOUS. Great choice for vegetarians too. They do not sell alcohol but you can bring your own. We definitely need to go back to try their a la cart menu.

What a brilliant experience. Got a warm welcome. Hummus was exceptional. They've lots of good options to choose from including vegetarian options. The taste was very good and authentically Arabian. The decor was lovely. Overall good value for money. Try this place if you're looking for authentic middle eastern/moroccon cuisine.

Very warm and welcoming dining room. The gentleman who served us was very nice. The mixed kebab was delicious, as was the rice and salad. Tasty tzatziki. Great place overall.
