Best customer service I've seen in a long time, Bronagh is outstanding hopefully the store realises they have a real gem working for them. My 6 year old can be hard work to say the least. Bronagh helped me with purchasing shoes for him and an ordeal that's usually a nightmare, Bronagh made it easy totally engaged with my son and made it fun for him. Bronagh your amazing and because of you we will be buying his shoes there from now on.
Great range, quality for a reasonable price, and the staff member (Bronagh) was so helpful and friendly! She explained all the differences and pointed me to my new shoes which I'm getting along with very well.

Would not recommend visiting sketcher store at the minute. Although they have good selection of shoes, the cold scared me to try them on. I feel so bad for the lovely staff members that have to work there the whole day. Even when having my coat on, it was worse than outside, and poor people aren’t allowed any coats, I would not work for them!!
1st time visiting here, absolutely delighted with the service we received from the 2 ladies on @5.30pm 12/3/22 . My daughter left full of smiles with her new light up shoes.
