The after cleaning where all the colour has come of with a duster, compared with them when I first purchased them . Avoid customer service is not intreasted, I use a light show cleaner and duster
Ordered online 3 pair shoes. Only 2 arrived, the 3rd Apparently arrived Damaged to the store and therefore was not sent to me, but was not informed until I enquired a couple days later. (Surprisingly the 3rd shoe was the cheapest) Neither pair of shoes fitted me surprisingly, they were incredibly small fitting. I returned the shoes to their Randalstown Store, I was told the refund would be processed the next day, it took 3 weeks to refund me, then they tried to charge me £3.98 delivery however, online it’s states free delivery and nowhere on their website does it state you will be charged the postage fee if you return the shoes and I had to argue (as a matter of principal) to have the full cost refunded which they eventually did. Would not recommend their shoes or their customer services.
Amen shoes is a top tier company, customer service is outstanding and the products are amazing. Unique boots and shoes (and now suits!) that you wont find anywhere else, plus the price is amazing, practically giving them away! Keep up the great work.
"Hi you are in a dispute investigation that takes up to 6 weeks. You were told this at the beginning of this investigation. You were also told that you would’ve gotten a refund through Amen because you left the dispute open, they could not refund you have created this problem you will have to wait until investigation is over. I have been contacted by Amen shoes who have informed me that the above response is from the payment company and not them. I have been refunded now and I thank their customer service (Travis) for this. There was never an issue with the product just their customer service.
I purchased a pair of shoes from amen in December. When they arrived they looked great and felt like good quality shoes. Unfortunately it's only been one month and a hole has worn into the bottom of one of the shoes. I have emailed them to see if they would like to try to rectify the issue, but hey have not responded. Therefore although the shoes look brilliant I am forced to say the quality is poor and the customer service is non existent. Very disappointing.
Dire. Shoes were lovely but fell apart after three outings. I've been trying to get a refund since October (it's now mid-January). Nobody answers the phone or replies to emails. I've a Royal Mail receipt that says they received the shoes back but Amen don't want to know. Avoid!
These boots are excellent, great quality and excellent service, comfortable and stylish. I will definitely be buying more soon.
Bought two pairs of shoes from Amen Shoes about 4 months ago. First pair arrived, second pair never did. Emailed to find out what had happened. Owner/admin replied to my email, asking someone to look into it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they blind copied the necessary person into their reply. 4 months later and multiple follow up emails asking for a refund or replacement have been ignored.
