   Vile customer service. I went in and the lady couldn’t be bothered to speak to me or great me! I asked how long the wait would be and her response was “not long” I asked for a rough time frame and she looked at me like She was confused. She then asked another gentleman who was with a customer, how long the wait would be and he said 5 minutes. I went to take a seat and wait.. she then said abruptly we cut men’s hair to which I said I have short hair, I’m looking to get a low fade and her response was.. yeah we only cut men’s hair. No explanation, terrible customer service and a complete attitude.... from the get go it was like I was annoying her

   This used to be my regular barbers but there seems to have been a change of staff in the short time since I last visited, I wasn't impressed at the service or attitude of the person that cut my hair, they seemed bored and disinterested. The haircut wasn't really what I wanted in the end, asking for the cut I wanted seemed to annoy the barber even more and I felt like my presence there was an inconvenience more than anything.

   Always a decent cut for a good price, especially if you're on a budget. Friendly staff, and professional. Only one thing if I'm being picky at all, it's not really wheelchair accessible, there's a fair amount of stairs to walk down to access the shop floor. Otherwise, a great place though.

   Worst haircut ever! Made it clear what kind of haircut I wanted and not to go too short. The guy cut off half my head and destroyed my fade after making it clear how exactly to do it. When I told him you haven't done it right all he said was oh it's not finished yet, and still didn't correct it. Throughout the haircut he kept sneezing all over which was seriously not professional. Once I spoke to him that he destroyed my hair all he did was left me, didn't bother cleaning up the excess hair all over my face and just sat behind the payment desk asking for money. Not impressed! Tried speaking to the other staff about it and all they did was blame it on me saying the photo was like that. Wouldn't recommend getting a haircut from here especially if you have a wedding to attend a night before.
