Probably my favourite nail salon, had my nails done here a while ago but forgot to leave a review ao doing so now! The staff have always been really kind and welcoming, open about what they can and can't do on nails too. They've done a quality job every time I've been, and the price is really good too, so I'll keep coming back in the future!
Amazing salon. Been coming here over two years now and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Their nail art is impressive, service is always fab and everyone in the salon is super friendly. Never had a bad set and never had any pain during the process like some other salons I've been to. They're very easy to contact so booking an appointment is stress free!
First visit today and not completely happy, I only had infills with shellac paint and they are really thick and uneven. The colour was very messy and all over my fingers! I did ask the lady to clean up around my fingers which she tried but said “ go home and it will come off later” the other customers in the shop seemed to have lovely nails so I can only presume the lady that did mine wasnt very experienced. My usual place was closed so I thought I would give them a try but I won’t be returning.
Had a set done here and unfortunately they weren’t done well, my cuticles were cut and the lady doing them blamed everyone and everything each time she cut me.. they were poorly done, my cuticles were flooded with acrylic and I was refused the nail polish I wanted ? I had to keep asking for the nail tips I wanted also? I had to go elsewhere to get them redone the next day unfortunately, the staff were polite and very friendly! Unfortunately the lady who did my nails, not so much.
Love this family ran place.. no matter where I go only Louise touches my toes hen I need a Pedi and Shellac done.. the service is great no complaints and I always love the nails they do always looking enticing for me to do my own! I’ve been coming here for a few years and I will continue as long as Louise is capable I will always be coming!

I attended this nail salon for the first time based on a recommendation. I asked for a white gel set. However, after three days the gel paint chipped off completely off two nails on both hands. I went back to the salon and spoke to the manager who refused to accept accountability and told me that 'gel usually comes off within the first week'. As a client who gets their nails done regularly, i have never experienced this within 3 days of a service - my nails usually tend to last the full 3 weeks. The manager lacked professionalism and turned me away to return the following day at 10am. When i arrived, i was kept waiting for 25 minutes as my delegated nail technician was late. The manager decided to argue with me and told me that he would not repaint all of my nails even though now 3 nails had chipped and i had paid £25. He told me that i would have to pay an additional fee if i wanted this service and i could not receive a refund. He was rude and refused to listen to what i had to say. A different nail technician had to leave her client mid way through her nails to repaint mine. I have never attended a nail salon with such bad professionalism, customer service skills and lack of accountability for such bad service. I certainly will not be returning and i suggest that they upgrade on their LED nail lamps and nail varnishes. Terrible service and i advise you all to spend your money else where. I will be very disappointed if within the next few days more of my nails start to chip and the gel peels away. I definitely do not recommend! Disgusting attitude from all staff.
Best nail place I’ve ever been! So friendly, I loved the lady who did my nails. She could hold a conversation and she was very careful with what she was doing! I love my nails and I definitely recommend and I will definitely go back again! Plus the price is so good!
