   please avoid - went in for a pedicure (14/08/2025) left with bleeding feet from cuts, no first aid, no disinfectant, NO HYGIENE reused towels, blood went everywhere. Wouldn’t listen when i said I am bleeding please stop. PLEASE read the reviews and do not visit. I am in pain from the cuts on my feet from the blades. Please avoid. Please read this feed back and implement proper hygiene and disinfectant, i wish i had walked out went i first went in.

   Went in for shellac, got persuaded to have BIAB… never again - I’m 1 and 1/2 weeks in and I’m shocked - I just want them off! BIAB has come away from my own nail, my nails have broke! The man that did my nails didn’t do a good job soon as they left the shop my nails didn’t feel right so I went back in and the lady sorted them out. I won’t be returning.

   What I wanted and what I got from Ken is diabolical I'm really not happy but they won't take no as an answer pressure you into other colours styles and don't listen. Won't be returning after this. It's very lumpy still very sharp wrong colour just nothing right about it.

   Second visit pleased overall but the shop definitely needs some work. If you put your money back into the business, walls are dirty and needs painting, shelves are dirty , it just needs cleaning up a bit. The service is ok , so if they put more effort into making sure the shop is clean and well decorated for customers

   would rate it 0 stars if i could, nails didn’t match the design i asked for even after showing the picture numerous times, bulky, rough with the nail files, the man made me feel very uncomfortable & was very demanding, kept twisting my fingers & hands to the point it hurt, customer service was terrible, kept talking about customers in their own language. tried to make me pay £40 for this simple design! any good nail tech wouldn’t find that an issue. wasn’t offered the charms shown on the picture (or any charms at all) had their child running round messing with everything on the desk screaming. will not be returning. a waste of my money & time!

   I don’t think I’ve ever experienced service so bad as this! First of all I was told that payment is cash only or bank transfer, not so much of a problem but didn’t realise that the bank transfer was to another country until after I paid. Throughout the service she was talking to people and kids through FaceTime and barely paying attention to watch she was doing. She was very heavy handed and kept twisting my fingers so much it was painful, and to top it all off, the design I asked for wasn’t even the design I got even after telling her twice mid service. Over priced and definitely not worth the money. If you had any sense you’d stay away from this place and spend your money getting a good service!

   Horrendous service the design i wanted was done in a rush and the lady doing my nails left to pick up her child mid session never again the woman also went on facetime and watched youtube videos, outrageous!!
