   I dont understand the good reviews at all, 3 members of staff worked on my nails as they kept switching each part. One girl had to correct previous girls work, had to keep showing a photo of FRENCH TIP nails. Assumed that was basic design tbh. 2hrs to do an acrylic set with French and they charged £45. Heavy handed when holding fingers to apply, kept slipping with drill. Tried to voice my concerns but went over their heads. 1 member of staff tried to reassure but even after the French isnt uniform on all the nails but after 2hrs I'd honestly given up. Staff were rude about another customer when she asked for certain person to do her nails, and then each staff told her different price. I felt awful for her. No sign of management. Seemed I went on a day only trainees were on. Never would return and never would recommend to anyone. Poor quality & poor service.

   This was my first time getting my nails done, and I'm very glad I chose this place. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I showed a picture and they guided me to exactly what I was looking for. I paid £35 for Dip powder extensions. I love them, great attention to detail. I didn't book an appointment, just walked in and didn't feel rushed at all. Definitely going to be my go-to place for nails.

   Shocking to say the least, have been going here for ages and always thought they did a good job, prices are on the higher side but always did what I’ve asked them to. Went in today to be told that the design I’m asking for they can do it so sat down, but the quality is absolutely shocking, uneven application, normally I always let them know if I’m not happy with the shape and it gets fixed but today all I got was absolutely mockery. Shaping is definitely not there, just all in all poor quality, and as many have already stated the customer service has been appalling to say the least. Definitely will be going else where as my fingers are left soar and by the end of the service I was ready to cry with how frustrated I was and unhappy with the design. Definitely need to fix up customer service, prices and quality of service. Very unfortunate.

   The staff were so friendly and caring, continued to do my nails to the highest standard and didn't seem rushed as they were very quickly done. Would 100% recommend, beautiful nails, quality customer service and CHEAP prices. I messaged them over Instagram and they gave me an expedient response and a next day appointment xxx

   I have been to this place a couple of times and each time the service gets worse. I ask for coffin shaped nails. I leave with square shaped. The staff have no understanding of English so communication is very poor. Please get some staff that are friendly and can speak ENGLISH. I won’t be returning. Don’t care if you lower your prices to entice customers. You are a very rude and unfriendly business. Get some manners.

   The workers are always so friendly and lovely. They work so hard to make your nails look absolutely perfect. My daughters nails are always amazing, and so skillfully done!!! She won't go anywhere else for her nails. The shop is always clean and tidy.

   The worst place ever to get your nails done!!!. People working there are so rude , they don’t pay attention when doing nails, if I had told the person what I wanted done they would look and speak to the person next to them in there own language. They made my sister wait for an hour to get her nails done, they were so rude to get throughout the whole time of her getting her nails done, and when my sister wasn’t happy with her results one man working there got angry with her, called her a “bitch”, “suck my dick”. Honestly he’s disgusting (he might be the owner of the shop). Also there prices are way to high, even for the smallest designs they charge so much. I will never go back there , probably one of the worst nail shop I have been to . Honestly the people working there need to be trained on customer service and also need to learn English. Hate that place so much .
