   I don’t typically leave reviews anywhere but my god the service I experienced at Nails 4 U was terrible I felt ingnored throughout. I had a guy, he didn’t even push my cuticles back and the filing was very aggressive. At one point after he applied some of the application to my nails, both thumb nails specifically started burning so bad I couldn’t ignore it and I spoke up, I had asked the guy is this normal.l had to repeat myself twice and was completely disregarded and he carried on working on my other hand. I had asked other questions like how long does it typically take to get an infill and again he behaved as though he didn’t understand what I was saying and didn’t answer. When I arrived I had showed him a picture of the nail shape I wanted ( French tips £40) and they look nothing like the nail shape I had showed him Only when I got home and washed my hands I felt a sting on my finger and realised there’s a cut my finger due to his aggressive filing You’re better of going somewhere else where the customer service is better

   I would rate this establishment 0 stars if I could. Me and my friend decided to come to this nail shop due to the convenience as we were in urgent need of our nails doing. However, this shop is the definition of “ daylight robbery.” When i entered the shop, i was welcomed with a bright smile by the owner, maliciously luring me in to take a seat. After compromising with the owner about the price of the set i was getting with the owner, ( an extortionate £45 reduced to £35), when i got introduced to my technician i felt nothing but belittled and uncomfortable. The lady who did my nails was nothing but rude, aggressive and harsh. She also thought it was acceptable to scream at me when i asked her to use glitter instead of nail polish which i found highly unpleasant and unprofessional. She childishly complained that i was losing her money and after other clients heard this conversation, mood in the shop lowered. She also complained to me to her boss in her language so i couldn’t understand her.After I reluctantly agreed to use the nail polish instead of glitter, she started on my nails. Whilst filing and drilling my nails, she was rough and wonky with the shape. Particles of acrylic were flying everywhere and she was violently coughing in my face. Her beads were awful but her lack of art skills was even worse! The french tips were in no universe to a professional standard and the opposite of straight and the hearts she drew were nothing but diabolical. After expressing my dissatisfaction to the technician i was still obliged to pay for the service i received. When I was about to walk out the shop the owner looked horrified at the nails i had given. She then reseated me and made a poor attempt to fix the shape, french tips and hearts. As much as i appreciated this, the nails were still nowhere near the reference photo and i was severely disappointed. Don’t waste your time and money coming here unless you want your nails to look like a five year old did them. I have included the nails i received and the reference photo.

   Absolutely disgusting attitude, had my nails done first time here a couple of weeks ago and the girl who did my nails was one if the rudest people I have ever come across. Kept hitting my hand across, did not tell me what she needed me to do and rushed the whole process. Would not recommend to anyone extremely disappointing service

   Absolutely horrible service. The lady who attended to me was so rude, literally pulling at me like I was a child. To make matters worse she was using the filing drill right on my cuticles and when I left the shop my cuticles were bleeding. I DO NOT RECOMMEND nails 4 u. There are better shops around!

   DONT USE!!!! I’ve gone for a set of acrylics. I’ve asked the man to push my cuticles back and cut them off as I didn’t have chance. He tried shaving them off instead and didn’t do it how I asked. He then has attached ALL FAKE NAILS to my skin!!!!!!!!!!! I’m in pain, not even been 48 hours and 3 have lifted, they look disgusting, they’re fat and the worst shape. Worst nails I’ve ever had done!!!

   Cut my toes from square to round all the way down without asking then told me it’s my fault because it’s my nails. Cut my feet with the nail file, made one big toe massively wonky and told me it’s not wonky it’s nice, I showed him a picture and he still said no it’s not wonky, showed his colleagues and they said nothing to help, he got annoyed and said no! It is your foot it looks nice and I asked him to fix it he said he can’t, they look uneven and wonky completely not happy at all! Would add pictures if I could
