   Went here today to get just a design put on my nails nothing else just a simple design and the original design taken off. The lady who I presume is the owner was so rude. Makes you feel so uncomfortable when you ask a question and then they sit there laughing and talking in there own language I asked if I could have abit of glitter on my nails and the price went from £20-£30. Could have had a whole new fresh set for that price

   2 staff members on arrival. Didn’t bother to tell us that the other one is finishing at 2 and no other staff. Telling others that are walking in it’s a half an hour wait. How is that possible when there’s One of you working, I person in the chair, 2 waiting already. Waste of my time and I wasted parking costs. Very bad customer service

   This is the mess of my daughters nails done today,I have never seen such a mess,cut her finger twice,the woman doing her nails glued her own finger to my daughters finger,he fingers are covered in glue,Then they asked for full payment.this is shoddy work at its finest.

   I only use this nail salon they can do any design and colour. The price is alright too they are all very kind only speak little English but enough to understand what you want. Wouldn't use anywhere else

   I have never written a bad review, but after countless times this place Miss Nails disappoints over and over. I went just removal of gel polish. They were removed but I was sent home with my nail bed so rough from the drill. I’ve never been anywhere that lets you leave the salon with your nail bed rough, unfinished. This place has been disappointing for some time but this time I’m really done. Don’t waste your money, find a better place.

   Didn’t do what I asked for , worse nails ever , if I was you I WOULD NOT GO THERE , didn’t even use right colours when I told them what colours nails am weak , primark stick on are better then there nails . Staff are rude and don’t listen and they cut me with their drill multiple times , they don’t know how to do nails at all . Will not be going there again. They made me feel really uncomfortable and kept pulling dirty looks at me and talking among themselves.they was eating while doing my nails and repeatedly kept stopping doing them and kept going on their phone the shop is very unsanitary as nail clipping all over the floor the cloth which u rest your hand on was filthy . Would not go there if I was you .

   Not good service here anymore, made to feel uncomfortable by gentleman who was just laughing at my choice of nails. To start with asked for a colour got the reply no colour. Next I wanted pointed by short, "not good" my nails are slim he told me to get almond now my nails look like spades, bulky and not the colour or shape I wanted. I asked for purple, 30 quid and then a bit of silver on ends 35. So basically 5 pound extra for some silver colour. Extremely bad visit, customer service not good. And when you are paying they should listen to what you want done or even suggest similar but no . Ugly nails now for a few weeks xD

   My nails were vile! I had them done a few days ago, not only were they rushed, they looked very deformed. I requested a natural Look but instead got very thick and bulky looking nails. My feet and nails usually take around 2.5 hours from my usual Place, but these were completed in one hour at miss nails. Never again.

   The nails are beautiful when done don't get me wrong but you are made to feel very uncomfortable from the moment you walk In. Two ladies looked at us and started talking their language while laughing, then while getting our nails done if we asked a question they would answer us then again speak to each other while rolling their eyes. No consideration for how they are making others feel. And if you ask they make an adjustment because they have done a nail wrong (I'm qualified nail technician so knew they done a nail wrong) they really run you down they made that very clear. I asked for a few (2/3 butterflies) and was told it would be an extra 10 so I said to leave it and again they rolled their eyes and started talking in their language. I then started speaking a different language with my friend and they stopped doing it.

   Worst nail shop and staff ever … unbelievable rude staff, She kept shouting and pulling my hand forcefully…. I was not happy with the service I was receiving, fingers and skin cut multiple times, so I told her to stop and not finish the job as I was so fed up. The young girl aggressively grabbed my hand and threatened to chop my nails after I said don’t finish the nails. They demand money off me despite the horrendous experience. She threatened to cut my fingers I said I’d call the police if she didn’t calm down. Worst shop and staff ever !!
