   I love Millers shoes! They have a great selection of shoes for men, women, and kids, from casual to formal, from boots to sandals. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I always find something that suits my style and budget. The quality of the shoes is also excellent, they are comfortable and durable.

   After placing an order online for a pair of Sketchers I was called the next day to be told they weren't in stock anymore, which was annoying but I appreciated the effort to call me, 20 minutes or so later I received another call saying that a pair had just arrived in the delivery and they sent them to me immediately. Your customer service and speed of delivery for my order was impeccable, thankyou.

   AVOID THIS SHOP! Called the store and asked if someone purchased trainers for me could they be returned for a refund if they didn’t fit. Was told by a sales assistant I had 14 days for a refund. The person purchasing them on my behalf asked again in the shop before buying if they could be refunded, told 14 days again. Trainers didn’t fit so went to return them for a refund to be told now they will only give a credit note. I personally called to speak with the manager, got nowhere, and she hung up on me.

   Purchased a pair of trainers online with a prompt delivery but within 8 weeks I have noticed that they have developed a hole in the sole. These have NOT been worn daily during the summer months. After an initial quick response via email from the store saying that “it looks like the soles have just worn through & the treads have been worn down” and to bring them in and they’ll have a look at them, I’ve been waiting on a reply to my 2nd email as looking at other reviews in a similar situation I’m not wasting my time on a 60 mile round trip. Very disappointed as these shoes are clearly not fit for the purpose, they weren’t the most expensive shoe but even so I’ve had ones from primark at £8 and less still going strong after years. Wouldn’t recommend Millar’s as they aren’t interested if any problems arise after the sale.

   Ordered some vans for my sons birthday which were £75 everywhere got them for £39.99 plus £4 delivery from Ireland to england very fast delivery as well. Very pleased and will definitely use again
