   This is my second set of acrylics from this place and i am highly disappointed with the results. Small cuts have been left all over my fingers and to be quite honest the nails where rushed and looked like i gave a five years old some nail polish and said have at it. The length and height are uneven and this is quite frankly not what i asked for. I showed the woman a picture of what i wanted and deeply explained all of it. It’s a simple Christmas design with a bow (red) and they gave me a white bow. It felt like they took their own initiative and did there own design. I understand thats i am still a teen without fully grown nails and nail beds but there is no excuse for this monstrosity.

   I went to get just gel nail paint done as I was with my toddler, i did not pay much attention what the lady was doing, later at home I realised she only used one coat of nail paint, I can see its a thin layer. There is another lady who did my nails few months ago and my nail paint lasted 3 weeks as I could tell she did put on proper coats and prepared nails properly but this new girl first made my nails more shorter and did not use enough coats, its going to last only for a week considering I paid £20. Will not be going there again.

   Worst experience I did my nails here and along the line, I started getting hurt from constant use of electric nail drill, I withdrew my finger immediately when I felt the pain and told the lady my skin was sensitive, she asked me to stay put unless I wanted to get hurt. At a point I told her to stop filing the sides that hurt, she insisted on doing it and continued filing my nails ( it's obvious she doesn't have much knowledge of the tools she uses on people). The skin around my nails ended up broken and it bleed. I also noticed the blue liquid in a cup where the parts of the drill were kept for sterilisation or so was very low and didn't cover the metal part used on clients nails ( this means the tools being used on people are not properly sterilised), it's only the liquid in the cup for nail cutters that was full to the brim. My fingers are sore and painful now and I'm also concerned about the tool used on me that drew out blood. When a client asked you to stop filing her nails, I think you should listen to them!

   Nail Extensions… so I have mixed feelings about this shop. I think the price is very good compared to other shops. I think I was a difficult customer only because I have unknown allergies, which they somewhat accommodated. I feel like the lady was stressed and I apologised but her mannerisms suggested she wanted me gone and didn’t say it was ok and she was happy to help. So I would probably go back but I think they need a little more tlc where customer relations are concerned.

   I've always come here to have my eyebrows waxed, however yesterday I went to get my eyebrows done, and the lady that waxed my eyebrows, waxed half my eyebrow off. She tried to go over it with tint but there was only a few hairs to tint and the rest is just skin. I will never come here again. I'm having to draw my eyebrow back on more than twice a day because it fades after a bit leaving only half an eyebrow. The worst part is she still made me pay at the end. Never again!

   Horrible bullying experience for simply being a costumer On Sunday 15.01.23 @ 3:30 Upsetting angry rude service. I took my 72 year old mum for a treat to this Salon and the lady who done her nails was so rude and angry made us feel very uncomfortable for simply being customers! No greeting and short angry answers, when I requested nails to be cut down, she hissed at us ,It was so uncomfortable I could see my mum was getting upset so I asked her to just charge us for what she had done couldn’t bear being there any longer. I asked if we had done something wrong, why she was being so mean, her colleague said she was stressed! Obviously took it out on my elderly mother. Horrible experience ruined a otherwise lovely day with my mum.

   I had gone to this nail shop and asked for French tip nails with normal polish, I had even shown a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. The nail lady had told me after seeing my picture she could do the style I’d asked for so as the process was going I was feeling off about the style from when she was shaping it as I wanted square shape but it was not proper square shaped nails, but I thought she would use the file to put it in correct shape. On to the colour the way my nails were painted were so unprofessional it looked as if my little 4 year old cousin had done it. So when I had said that I didn’t like the nails and were no where near the standard of the picture I had shown, this is when I had asked for a refund and for my nails to be removed the lady wasn’t trying to give me a refund and telling to change the style but that was not what I’d asked for so I kindly asked for my money back and the nails to be removed as that was not the service I paid for nor the nails I wanted so she was acting hesitant to give me my money back and then said she would cut down the nails and leave it like that without actually removing the nail of my finger and was telling me to pay for removal. Overall this situation ended up escalating from that situation because I had wanted my money back and the nails to be removed the ladies in the shop then begin to poke me and I was recording for my safety as I was the only customer in the shop at the time 2 of the nail ladies then try slap my phone out of my hand then my phone ends up dropping on the floor because of this and t my iPhone 10 smashes on the back and the front, which resulted in a fight .I had left this store with a broken phone and my nails were cut down with half of the nail still on my fingers being left with no way nor knowledge to take the nails off. I would never recommend anyone to step foot in this nail salon as the way I was treated was unfairly just because I was unhappy with the way my nails were done and wanted a refund. She had only cut my nails down and not do a complete removal only to embarrass me because any other profession would remove the nails and provide a full refund. PSA i also have pictures and videos to back up what I am saying.

   I have been using this nail salon over the past few years I have never had a issue unlike another places I used in town, In this time I have also never had nail snap or break! The prices is very cheap considering the standard I have always got, I also have my eyebrows threaded and tinted they always ask health & safety questions to ensure no allergies! I will 100% recommend this salon and will use this salon every time I need nails or brows!
