   My hot tub needed a new lid, filter and had some other issues. Grant helped me with all my questions and responded really quickly. It’s great that the company uses WhatsApp for speedy responses and you can send through pictures. I’ve got a lovely new lid at a really good price! I highly recommend this company!

   Can’t recommend Grant enough! We had been let down by another hot tub company who had serviced our inherited tub initially so I had a Google and found Bristol pools and spas. He came out within a few days, diagnosed the issues and sorted then within a fortnight! He has been so very responsive since and whenever we have an issue with the tub he is so quick to not only reply but also to come out to us and sort the issue. He’s really friendly and gives us lots of information and advice and is so generous with his time. Thank you Grant!

   I couldn’t recommend enough!! One of the best customers services and care I came across. Grant was amazing while looking after our old hot tub, he took over after different company that charged us lots of money and maid everything worse, we where lucky to find him to sort it all out. Later we both new hot tub with him and now one year later can’t be happier with it. He even put down artificial grass for us, again another job done with so much care.
