   The Walsall shop is big and nice stocked but unfortunately my personal experience with them wasn't good enough to give more that two stars. Was a few problems there. As a customer you getting an invoice without particular prices on. Just the total one what is not helpful with later comparing prices. The products which they are selling is more expensive than in other suppliers so you expecting at least better quality. Well, not quite right. The gardening products is the same quality. Delivery is another issue. After called to their office to check the time frame of delivery I am resceduling my work day to siuts that time. Surprisingly delivery has came in completely diffrent time where I wasn't home. After some discussions the delivery place has been set as expected. Thank you for coming with a truck to back door. I appreciate that. Unfortunately the gardening fence were left lying down in the deep paddel. Really, why that can't be place standing?? Instead sinked in heavy raining watter what doesn't make sense. Overall I am giving 2 stars as they show some will to help.

   I bought a drainage bend and reducer from here yesterday. At check out they charged me £4 plus vat above the prices on the shelving. I showed them a photo of items and price but he then tried to BS me saying vat had to be added. The product description and price stated inclusive of vat but this guy wouldn't refund me the overcharge. Perhaps they have different prices for white people. I shall not go here again.

   Bought 5 fence panels from here 1-2 weeks ago. Saw the price in a magazine that was posted. Went in and ordered them. Included free delivery which I thought was a nice touch. Fence panels seemed good quality and were inadvertently the cheapest around too which was a bonus! Will definitely shop here again. Gives a b&q alternative but also helping a local business

   Soulless tacky tile section that looks like a set from dallas. Staff don't acknowledge you until finishing person before so if that customer has a large order you may as well read the paper for 10 mins.

   Only visited with my son who uses them all the time. I had a good look round and what I saw and the prices were very good. So clean and tidy outside and in. Will make the trip out myself when I need anything now.

   Not to bad they have a nice big new warehouse but same grumpy people. The stock is good and price is just about affordable , wouldn't take a scottish tenna either ! ;-)

   Great prices and perfect for anyone from trade or the public. Prices might be a little more compared to others but at least you know you will be getting quality items and not seconds that other local merchants provide.
