    Plant seams to be dying but they offerd me another of the same value. But i kept my plant as i want to get iit to grow took advice based on if it dont work i can bring it back for a different plant as my plant is out of stock its lost about 7 large leaves as they keep curling up and dying so i purchase some clay stones to store the moisture and put them in the bottom of the pot

    Unhelpful and unfriendly returns service. I bought a lampshade described as 30 cm (also stated on the receipt). After unpacking and measuring it at home, it turned out to be 31.5 cm, so it didnโ€™t fit my table properly. The staff said they could accept the return but would deduct 20% because the product had been unpacked. I explained that the incorrect size was only visible after unpacking. The manager then measured the product moving it past the tape measure to try to prove I was wrong. When I measured it from zero, it was clearly over 31 cm, but she insisted they measure from the inside edge rather than the outer edge of the product. At that point I gave up. I lost 20% due to an incorrect product description, and the staff seemed determined to prove otherwise.

    My wife and I came here after visiting Wickes and experiencing poor customer service when trying to look for a new bathroom - fixtures and fittings. We didnโ€™t have a prior appointment at B&Q but Bartlomiej Twardygrosz offered exceptional customer service, showed us around, told us about our options. We werenโ€™t rushed and all our questions, concerns were addressed with polite professionalism. I rarely write reviews for this kind of service but I wanted to celebrate this great employee who went over and above to support us achieve our goals. He was extremely knowledgable and detail orientated and we really appreciate your time time and efforts!

    I visited B&Q in Walsall today to pick up some compost and other gardening bits. I initially asked a member of staff, Paul, where to find a particular product, and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he later came over to offer more in-depth help. He took the time to understand what I was growing and gave great advice on improving soil quality specifically for growing vegetables. His product knowledge was excellent, and it really showed that he knew what he was talking aboutโ€”especially as he mentioned that he grows his own vegetables and uses the same products himself. In a time where good customer service feels increasingly rare, it was refreshing to receive such personal and helpful support. It made me feel confident that Iโ€™d chosen the right place to shop.     I have order the kitchen drawers, I have received wrong items for the first time, worktop was shorter in length than it supposed to be. It took 45 days to get those in first place and it came different in size than expected. Also 2 items were missing and I had no idea until carpenter came and mentioned this to me. Then I placed a return order and again they didnโ€™t show up to pick up stuff. Then I myself went to wednesbury BnQ to return the stuff as it was lying in the my living room for 2 weeks. Amy who was manager at that day she received the return and wrote a remarks on the order that items has been received. Again I placed a drawer set that supposed to came in first order. Those came in damaged boxes. Didnโ€™t receive the refund of the first order from last 2 weeks. This whole order, return and refund (which is not done so far) took more than 2 months. Whenever I called, everyone says that you gonna get refund with in 24-48 hours. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AND WONโ€™T ORDER OR RECOMMEND TO ORDER FROM YOU GUYS.

    Had what we needed and offered great cutting service too. Excellent personnel on this wood cutting, one being trained and the trainer, both really good. Not like this at every b and q.

    This is a great place with a lot of choice. Easy to get to and I have found the prices to be reasonable on some items but not on everything. Take a good look around but donโ€™t just buy because itโ€™s in front of you. Like most large stores there are bargains to be had but if you get carried away then you will pay a lot more for some items that you can get at half price elsewhere. The only issue I have with this store is finding staff. There is never anyone to help if you need information. Advice is not good either as most store employees donโ€™t know much about the product. They seem eager to tell you anything or pass you onto someone else. Having said that there is a lot of choice in one place.

    It was my first time using the key cutter machine in B&Q, it was quick, however, the down side of it was you needed the correct change as no given.

    Peace lily purchased from B&Q. Read an article which mentioned that it can help eradicate damp and mould. Let's see. Priced at ยฃ7. It's a beautiful plant either way.
