The service given was superb from taking my order to the delivery the staff have pride in there work even when I changed the delivery details nothing was an issue to them
*Avoid - Avoid - Avoid* This company does not follow UK consumer protection standards, especially regarding refunds. They refused to honour the 14-day refund policy and still charged me—even for faulty items. On top of that, they imposed a £300 collection fee, which is absolutely unreasonable. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. I strongly advise others to stay away—you’re better off taking your business elsewhere.
