It’s clean, spacious, shelves are full and toilets are clean. Lots of car parking never really any kind of queues so can come in and out.
Well stocked. Variety of products for all cultures. Some good prices. Bakery section is great. Wheelchair accessible. Free Parking.
I am so heartbroken. I have heard the cafés are closing. How can we save them. The sell such good food. Staff are great and very helpful. I am really upset. It will be a very sad day
These sausage rolls were purchased on the 12th of October. I know the date should have been checked before purchasing, but it should also have been checked by the staff. This is just one example of food being sold close to the expiry date or even past the expiry date. Not only is it a waste of money for the customer but you can also see on the faces of the staff that they don't want to work there anymore since Amazon have got their foot in the door. Not only that, but you also have managers smoking outside the entrance, I don't expect to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke when I need to do my shopping. Just shows how much the management cares about the staff as well as the customers.
Great place. Clean and tidy. The restaurant usually has dirty cutlery tho. The rest is fine and always had good customer service here.
Heating broken so absolutely freezing. Not good for shoppers (especially with health conditions) but must be dreadful for staff. Untidy shelves, just chucked in stock, and items in the Valentine's meal deal out of date by 11th. And the till operator was rude and half-asleep. Not the best shopping experience ever. No apology from manager, either
Place is okay, staff are nice enough. However, most of their snack range is out of date yet still on the shelf, the bins are overflowing and stinky, and a majority of the flowers are manky. Usually has a lot of choice of food/drink etc., though, so it's not all bad. It's okay...
Cafe: great price for what's available however let down in some areas notably cleanliness and facilities :- only had one high chair for the whole cafe, but the safety strap was broken. So technically no high chair. Cutlery was in short supply and had to wait whilst they were being washed before we could eat out lunch.
