   Booked in for day spa with three treatments. Wonderfully friendly and unpretentious atmosphere, excellent sauna, jacuzzi, pool. Brilliant way to celebrate my birthday. Appreciated the birthday gift when I arrived. Yummy lunch. Claire provided a salt and oil body scrub, facial and pedicure, it was pure bliss and I felt on cloud nine when I left.

   Really gone down hill my daughter paid £89 each for me and her sister for a spa deal for mothers day being a diabetic I was looking forward to the pedicure. Only cut the nails cuticles asked if I wanted nail vanish that's it last time I went it was dead skin removal foot bath the works very disappointed the jacuzzi was out of order we weren't informed of that so we had a steam room and swimming pool and dreadful pedicure the lunch was amazing but not much choice so disappointed when it was time to leave I decided to buy them afternoon tea and scone two tiny scones I small Welsh cake £10. Each won't be going again its a shame it was my favorite years ago. No wonder it was nearly empty we saw less than 10 people in 7 hours in there by the pool. Sorry to say I am only giving 2 stars for the lunch

   Had a fab time with treatments and tasty meal, but unfortunately, the 'relaxation' time poolside was non existent! Noisy and VERY busy. Group of boys using phones with loud music blaring, children in the pool, general loud noise. Could be the time of day I suppose. We did, however, have free passes and £10 voucher, so more than redeemed!

   Staff at the reception really nice and welcoming. We didn't have swim wear but he advised us where to get it from. Only used sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Sometimes gets a bit crowded. Never used others, wanted to use massage but a bit pricey.

   The Spa is located in the grounds of a luxurious hotel and very well maintained gardens. Parking is free. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the gym facilities are very modern Matrix machines and the swimming pool is large with a gaccuzi, sauna and stream room. The massage therapy has a wide range of therapy and treatments for men and women. The locker rooms and showers are clean and comfortable. There are several areas to have either a bar snack, fine dining or high teas. Spa prices are reasonable for the area. Definitely worth a visit.
