   Every time I have been here the shop been clean, the shelves have been full and the staff are nice, the toilets are also clean. I have seen rats in the car park, so I do wonder if they are in the store. Hopefully not.

   Rude staff, especially in Kiosk, guy in glasses should consider changing the job. He thinks he is doing me a favour by serving me.

   After many years, I've started to use the Morrisons Walsall branch again. The difference between it then and now is appalling. The range of products has diminished, and there appears to be only a few staff working at any time. The hostile and unhelpful attitude of the lady serving behind the counter where the newspapers and tobacco are sold toward a customer who wanted some help with an overcharge on his groceries receipt was unbelievable. Instead of fetching a colleague who could help him, she told him repeatedly with growing impatience that she couldn't help as she had enough to do, and, when he gave up and left, called after him that he could shake his head all he liked. After he left, she made loud, indiscreet remarks to the people she was serving about 'these ignorant people' (he was an Asian). I can't believe Morrisons would employ someone so rude, unhelpful and so bigoted and prejudiced.

   I came here and it's great very clean and kept organised. Things are clearly labelled and are where they're meant to be. Staff are so kind and help you. They are always around and help you to the best of their ability. It has great parking and easy entrance. Prices are okay.

   Great supermarket, plenty of choice and variety. Nice wide Isles and a good mix of self checkouts and served checkouts. Staff are helpful and friendly. Also nice that it has a cafe.

   Like all supermarkets these days I'm finding it hard to get Nescafé flavoured coffee sachets. Everything else is in plentiful supply, as are most other shops.

   Only went in for 2 things, so went to self service. as l had 1 paracetamol the need for assistance came up, it took 15minutes for i received help as there was only 1person looking after both basket and trolley section. l know that you are cutting staff but you have lost my custom shan't be back Morrisons in Walsall.

   There are 2 Morrison's in Walsall. This is the smaller of the 2 and better for it I would say. It's less crowded ( every time I have been ) has free to use cash machines, toilets, a hot food counter ( cheap way to have daily lunch ), deli counter, fish monger, small garden area out front and butchers. Always pop by the reduced counter ( near the milk section ) to pick up a bargain. Better still go at the end of the day ( around 6 pm ) and pick up bargains galore on reduced cooked chicken / bakery products / fruit and veg. There is parking to pay £1 for each hour but this is refunded if you spend £5 or more in store. Can't say that isn't fair and frees up car park spaces for customers of Morrison's. Shopping here is a much nicer experience than Tesco or Asda in town which are always crowded and noisy any time of day.
