absolute joke!! place a order for a washing machine, because I told them it wasn't acceptable that I didn't have a call after being told somebody will ring me back.. the response I got was I'm not being spoken to like this and which was dealt with in a civilised manner...

Had a Dishwasher delivered today by Andrew and Jordan who also removed the old one and took away. They fitted new one and made sure everything worked as it should and did an excellent job. The removal wasn't easy but they patiently worked on the problem and got there in the end . Would like to thank James for all his help and congratulate him on having a fantastic team that get the job done and go that extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy. Will use again and thoroughly recommend them. Thank you all for the great service.
We have just taken delivery of a washing machine, fridge freezer and tumble dryer. We were so impressed. Not only were they efficient and showed us how to use the appliances but they removed the old appliances and took away all the rubbish. Very impressed with the service. I ordered a washing machine on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered Monday AND fitted for no extra charge. They also took away my old machine. Very courteous and they were hardly any more expensive than the large stores, if at all! Highly recommend.
