Very small pick up kiosk inside Sainsbury's - had to be shown where it was to notice it. Staff were stressed and appeared rushed. Most of them went above and beyond to help with carrying / collection but one particular staff member was miserable and appeared annoyed at the size of my parcel. Mixed experience - questionable idea to have the pickup point smack in the middle of a small local shop.
