   My boyfriend bought a laptop from here (Macbook 13 inch 2017). Was meant to be 'good condition' and it came broken, of course he didn't know that until the 3rd day. The screen completely went off and didn't work at all. He sent the laptop back to see if they could fix it. They said his warranty was cancelled because apparently there was missing screws, scratches and a 'sticky liquid' inside the screen. He NEVER got the laptop wet, NEVER dropped it. The laptop came like that and they cancelled his warranty because of things that were already there when they sent it. He paid £565 for a laptop that CAME BROKEN, and got blamed for it. He is not getting a laptop nor a refund (or even a % refund) and has now got to spend almost £1000 in total just to fix their mistakes. The sellers stopped replying to his emails and are now ignoring him and will not do anything about the situation. Never buy from here. Absolutely disgusting.

   This company is full of lies! I bought a product and they sent me another one slightly different (smaller), so it doesn't fit. I returned the article and they promised me they will refund me for the shipment. When they received the product they completely changed their mind and I end up loosing my money and my time for nothing.

   I bought a Cardo Scala headset off Amazon, paperwork said supplied by Mobitz, who also trade as Gadget Express. When it became faulty after 14 months I phoned Gadget Express & spoke to a man who gave his name as Brendan, he is well versed in fobbing off customers with complaints. He said he had no record of the sale or the numbers on the invoice, he said the numbers did not check out with Amazon either, the numbers were repeated 3 times. He then said even if he could trace it he would do nothing as it was over 12 months old. It cost £132! I gave up on his smarmy bs & phoned Amazon, no problem at all, they immediately sent out a returns label & a refund. Amazon know how to keep customers. I will not be buying anything supplied by Mobitz/Gadget Express again.

   i have bought from this store and received a completely nonfunctional product. they are willing to refund / replace but what bothers me is that they are selling knowingly products with manufacturing defects, basing on the fact that just a little percent of the customers will complain. the others are just throwing the crap away.
