   In the Belfast store this week , I came across 2 of the least friendly and disinterested customer services assistants. When I entered the shop , 1 was behind the till and glanced up. I nodded ‘hello’ but I was just ignored and they put their head down again. The girl who was in the centre of the shop almost acknowledged me bit there was no offer of help. I asked her for a pair of boots in my size and she plonked them down beside me in the box and walked away! Anyways, I tried them on but wanted to try them in black. I asked for them in black in my size and was told they didn’t have them, no such thing as a stock check going on here, god forbid! I was told (without checking) that they didn’t have any, so I asked her if she would like to bring me the black ones on the shelf, which were in my size! Again, the boots were plonked beside me and she walked away. Well, 2 can play that game and I walked away, never to go back

   If you want to spend £140 on shoes that are no longer usable after two months, you've come to the right place. They won't refund your money

   Great variety of good quality shoes. My husband & I both bought a pair of casual shoes. We've bought Ecco shoes a couple of times before, very comfortable shoe. The staff in the shop were very helpful.

   I bought a pair of walking boots at Christmas 1 boot was very uncomfortable. I took them back and was encouraged to buy some insoles at £30 which I did but they didn’t help. I returned them again but of course now they were outside the return time. The manager was most unhelpful she offered me 10% off my next purchase which considering I had just lost £100 on the boots was an insult. The boots were faulty but I got no recompense. It was like throwing money in the wind. I will never buy Ecco shoes again and I would urge to do likewise as their customer support is non existent

   Went to purchase a particular style of shoe which was not in my size at the shop. Donna was able to locate my size from another store and keep them for me. She is brilliant. Will definitely return.

   Bought the faulty shoes from ecco belfast. Brought them back to store for exchange. Store assistant explained me that there is no manager working on sunday and she is not authorised to do exchanges or refunds. So she told me to come back on monday. Driving from other town and parking in 6£/h car park my shoes price went up. I suspect that head office people should take a look after theyr cashiers and dont leave them alone in store. Customer service from management side was really poor.
