   Me and my mum were in today and the girl who helped us, I think her name was katie, was absolutely amazing!! So helpful and kind, when I thought I wouldn’t be able to get Sinclairs due to the zip she was so helpful in adjusting them to fit, made the experience 10/10, thank you Katie!!

   My Girlfriend bought a pair of shoes online from Dr Martens. The shoes came and they were too big, the lovely and helpful staff of the Belfast store had sorted her with an exchange right away for a smaller pair. Once again they were too big and without hesitation the Belfast store staff helped her once again. 5 stars isn’t enough for the experience and will traIned they staff are at this store.

   Ana the manager was very lovely to me when I came in and I left really delighted! I’d gotten some laces for my shoes, and Ana took time and showed me in detail how to tie these properly as they required double knotting due to the length compared to the shoe eyelets - she stayed calm, kind and professional despite an unexpected moment with a late store delivery. I was really impressed by the service and their attitude in the middle of that, thank you so much!!!

   Visited the shop on a busy hot Thursday afternoon. My eldest & I were greeted & welcomed by all staff, once ready for the big decision we were helped to find the perfect pair of Adrian Bex loafers by the lovely Matt. Fast checks on sizes & locating shoes to try on, lovely chat & generally great customer service all round. Nice airy, clean store with a great selection of Docs. Thanks Matt & all the team at Dr Martens Belfast! ❤️

   It has been a long time since I have owned a pair of Dr Martens boots, probably over 20 years now. I'm going to guess that I'm not the target demographic and I would be disappointed if I was. The selection in store was beyond what I would have expected, when we were there, there were a number of kids getting fitted and they looked class in glitter boots. We were there with our daughter as after a very rough first year at secondary school, it looks like things are going really well and she has wanted a pair forever. Personally, after looking through the selection I was rather taken by the burgundy vegan pair which while looking bullet proof also looked like they could with stand nuclear war. If I get myself a new pair in the future these will be mine though I imagine after two weeks they will look like a map of Norway. The staff were really patient with my daughter, going through what was in store for bespoke designed DMs, through original DMs to soft leather DMs which were the ones we finally decided to go for. The member of staff who took us through the options we had, I feel that they took us to the correct option for my daughter and it was potentially one I would have not recommended. The member of staff then took us through the process of ordering the DM we wanted online as the exact size we wanted was not in store. On the whole we had a very good experience. Now I have to say that if you want to see upstairs in the shop and you have any mobility issues then you are unlikely to be able to get up there. That said I did not see anything upstairs that was not downstairs.
