   Absolutely terrible service. The staff were rude, uninterested, and completely unhelpful. No one seemed to know what they were doing — they just stood around ignoring customers. When I asked for help, I was met with attitude and zero effort. It’s honestly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The staff’s behavior was intolerant and unprofessional, and it’s clear there’s no proper management or training. Avoid this place if you expect even basic customer service.

   I am a seafarer and we docked in Belfast for a day. I bought a pair of shoes for my partner back home. I never opened the box until I came back home to my country but to my surprise both of the shoes is left side. I emailed customer service but it was no help at all. It was clearly their staff fault. I am thousand of miles away and don't have any means to send it back. This is so outrageous. I showed pictures and credit card statements for my claim but still no avail.

   Really well laid out store and plenty of stock. Hardly any staff about to help when looking to buy a pair of trainers. Been here a few times and always have the same issue. Ended up just heading down to JD and spending 100 with them. Really need to employ more staff or have enough staff on the floor help the customers.

   Very disappointed you can't even try a shoes for your kids properly. The use lock for shoe and they didn't take off before you pay. Horrible I don't recommend. Better if use JD or tk max.

   Good selection on of stock. Very friendly staff. Very clean establishment. We drove down Rowan Drive turned onto Kingsway until we reach the blacks road slip road turn into Boucher Cresent..we got everything we needed on this visit. We called back to look for trainers but couldn't find the size required.

   A good place to get a good collection of branded sports wear at the place. May it be shoes, sneakers, track suits, jackets and warm clothing. You can also get golf and racket sports equipment here.

   Playing golf I get my tees and gloves here. Always a good selection. And, golf trousers available at a good price. I bought two pair.. And, laces for my winter golf shoes 99p...99p? Brilliant!

   Shame you can’t get a refund, just an exchange. A bit archaic really. Security eye you up as if you’re on the make. It’s the only shop that security is as oppressive and you feel guilty as soon as you set foot inside. Good prices for products though.
