   Not a bad store but the girl dealing with the self service tills was rude and completely disinterested in helping anyone. Does make me wonder how some people get employed.

   Ordered a click and collect for within 2 hours. It’s now day 6 and still not available. I have rang the store repeatedly they do not answer the phone. I’ve spent a lot of time on live chat to the customer service for no one to answer and now back and forth in an email with customer service who have said they’ll make contact with the store manager to chase this but they can’t do anything from their end. So no items but £50 from my account.

   Ordered a click and collect for pick up in 2 hours, i get my text to collect 3 days later, most of my order isnt there, i get a refund within 7 days, my one item that was available they cant find, everyones standing moaning about whos gonna go get it rather than like ..going and getting it... or even just tell me where it is and ill go get it the only reason i did click and collect is because i originally had a bigger order. piss poor service, the guy with the black hair was fine though cant fault the messenger but the girls doing the order like omg pleaseee pick up the pace, coming from someone who works in click and collect for a diff company like lets use our initiative lol

   Was in the shore road store today and spoke to a lovely lady about made to measure curtains. Was given invaluable advice with no salesperson pressure. Honesty, clarity and a genuine human approach that is all to often missing in the retail environment and should be acknowledged more often when encountered. Needless to say I will be frequenting this store for future purchases.

   Love to shop here. Plenty of lovely things for the home and not at bad prices. Can't find what you want! then simply ask a friendly member of staff. They have a lift up to the next floor where they have a café with nice treats and great tea, other drinks available too. Out front is pleanty of parking including disabled parking and has a wheelchair accessible entrance and also at the cashiers there is access there too. Hope you enjoy your visit as much as I have x

   Such an interesting store to visit with every inch packed with household items. It's something of a treasure trove - more so now with their beautiful Christmas decorations on sale. Also love that you have a browse and then grab a cup of coffee in their in-store coffee shop.

   Product range & prices ok. But the staff at counter, only 1 working. While 3 other staff pretended not to notice customers. Didn't even acknowledge the customers waiting to pay, instead they pretended to be too busy to serve at tills.
