    Bought a Shark vacuum cleaner on May day, broken within 3 months not through heavy use. Went back with cleaner and receipt, they weren't interested, no customer service at all!! Very poor service but very eager to tell me when purchasing how wonderful it was. No help just contact Shark. Very disappointing!! Shark on the other hand have a replacement part on the way, no quibbling, no problem, no charge.
