I claimed the phone 2 months ago. I have been waiting for a month to return my phone. Nobody knows where he is. During a phone call where I act politely, they hang up on me every time and they are not at all interested in solving the problem. Or they will announce that the phone is in the store and I can pick it up. Unfortunately, after visiting the store, the same problem, again no one knows where the phone is. When we asked the salesperson how they would solve it. The saleswoman got angry and even raised her voice at us. When I wanted to call the management, we had no chance and another salesman pretended to be the store manager and took us away in the same style. I've been paying for a phone that I don't have for over 2 months and the company doesn't care at all. I do not recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service today. I got a call yesterday that my existing washing machine was not worth repairing. Got home at 6pm and went online to find a new one, tried all the big companies including ones with advertisements on sky TV but no joy. Contacted Moore Electrics at 7pm and arranged to have the Zanussi washing machine I want delivered, installed and my old machine taken away at 12:30 the very next day at a better price than like for like online. Being in business myself I know how important it is to have good feed back from my customers. Many thanks
