   Never been in such an untidy store in my whole life. Queues whole way round the shop, staff members just standing in the aisles staring at everyone talking instead of jumping on the tills, crazy this place is still trading with the way it's being managed

   B&M home store, what can be said it is just like all of the other ones handy location large store with plenty of stock. Staff mostly helpful and friendly enough. Not much more to say it is what it is. Good seasonal beans sometimes with stock rotating for special occasions like Christmas Halloween etc Has a good outdoor section as well for gardening patios etc

   This place is in absolute shambles and a scam!!! Why have stuff on the Black Friday shelf for them to not even be half price but still their own original full price? Not to forget everything in this store is on different shelves with different prices for other things that aren’t even their own!!!! Absolute scam defo not be back

   Visited the Newtownabbey store 1st November 2025. The lady that served my mother and myself was absolutely amazing. Served at 8.33am. The lady went out of her way to help me tape black bags around some of my toys I had purchased to put away for Christmas. Perfect customer service!

   The place was an absolute mess. Went in Thursday (11/09/2025) to see products all over the floor on multiple aisles, whilst staff members chatted away to each other. The only person on the tills (a woman in her sixties) could not have been any more miserable if she tried. Not a hello, please, or thank you were even uttered from her. Would definitely avoid.
