   Raw chicken, plastic found in the food, wrong chicken provided, and soggy, cold chips – it was an all-round disaster. I initially left a review on JustEat, thinking that would be the end of it. However, the company responded to my review with blatant lies, claiming they spoke to me and offered a full refund. They even said I told them both pizzas were great and that we’d already eaten them, which is completely false. So, thanks for the awful food,, and the near-attempt at food poisoning with raw chicken. If you hadn’t lied about speaking to me, I wouldn’t be leaving another negative review here. You need to get your act together – serving food like this is dangerous, and you’re going to seriously harm someone.

   Ordered a garlic naan and some cheesey chips (large) to share between me and my partner. We take out our stone cold food to eat inside the car outside the front of the restaurant. This is when , to my discovery our garlic naan is covered in green fury , Lorax like growths of mould sprouting from the midst of our garlic naan. Also (not the pressing matter in this situation) our garlic mayonnaise turned out to be mint yoghurt. After discovering the ecosystem growing from the naan I returned into the shop, this is when my refund was turned down, no replacement meal was offered and I was forced to leave without anything , not even an apology.    Came here and ordered large cheesy chips, which was literally the smallest chips I’ve ever got, and a garlic naan which was MOULDY. I went back with the food and asked for a refund for which the rude member of staff refused, and he offered me a replacement naan only. Sorry but I’m not gonna get another mouldy naan. The guy was not apologetic in any way, he was rude, and he even tried squaring up to me. Safe to say I will be taking this further. Ordered on 29/05/2024 at 23:30pm.

   Take out | Dinner | £10–20 I don't know why we have to give even 1 star here. There should be a proper justification from food authority that how these people are allowed to play with others health. My friend placed our order on phone and when I went for collection I was shocked to see, this place was on a good busy location but extremely dirty. Machines were turning black as not been cleaned since days. Work area floor was covered under a thick layer of black oil and dirt. Dirty hand marks were everywhere on work tables, fridges pizza oven. Nobody ever tried to clean anything here. staff member was wearing a very dirty shirt. I almost felt vomited to look at it. Anyhow I collected pizza and paid 10 pounds for a 10 inch pizza. There was no chicken, no cheese on pizza although extra cheese was requested and chicken was expected. I gave that pizza to friend even she didn't like it. And left it without taking any bite. well! I saw the whole thing from my eyes so poor ten pounds just been to bin. Please don't let these people play with your hard earned money and your health. Rudeness and ignoring customers is another part of this horrible visit.

   APPAULING and woeful service! Ordered via Deliveroo, they got the kebab wrong and sent tikka with chips...? So not a kebab. I tried to call the restaurant and their phone is not working (permanently engaged), so can never get through to them. All they're interested in is taking your money!

   took my money and never sent the food. spoke to someone after it was 1hr late who said it was on the way. 1hr later they told me they never had my order and i had to wait 8 days for refund. dont risk it people. just order somewhere else

   Ordered takeaway at 3 am and originally said arrival between 4:20 and 4:40. I waited until 5 to call them and once they picked up the customer service was atrocious and extremely unprofessional and they didn't care what I had to say and told me my order will be there any minute. I couldn't get through to them until about 6am when they answered and just kept saying hello and then having other conversations with colleagues so I went to sleep and it never came but i was still charged. They confirmed my order as well but then just blamed uber eats when I contacted them about it the next day.

   Ordered a meal deal for delivery and found there was a bottle of coke missing. Rang to query why it had not been included and it was clear from the response that it was a genuine mistake. I formed them that it was ok and not to worry “these things happen” ……. only to receive a second delivery a short while later of the missing bottle plus a complementary pizza and extra drinks! Had not expected that. Such great customer service. Thank you…….and it was brilliant pizza too.

   in kebab only lettuce and onion. The driver can not read that he was supposed to call on the phone and not to the door. Pizza does not have too many ingredients. But everything was on time. 2*
