   Will not serve you after 8pm if you expect to pay by card. You must download their app and pay a service fee in order to do so- charging you a service fee to not serve you when you are standing right in front of them. App lacks Apple Pay/Google Pay integration so mobile payment is impossible after 8pm. Incredibly cheap move to save on payment processing fees in an idiotic business decision which must cost more money in lost customers than it saves.

   This is the second time now I have ordered gluten free food, which was available to order on the website and app, to receive a phone call 2 minutes later to say they cannot accept my order as they have taken off the gluten free dryers and it’s now “too late to be cooking gluten free food”, was also told he had no drivers even though food is available to order up until 9:15. I have ordered gluten free after 8pm before and received it, clearly it depends who is working to whether or not they can be bothered. Absolutely appalling they can have it on the website to order, take your money and then decide they aren’t going to cook what you have ordered.

   Had a small poke of chips with a sausage for £1.99 on their lunch deal - how can you moan about that? Food was tasty, gent who took my order was friendly and helpful. Just note it's best to bring cash, the nearest free ATM is the co-op just down the street as the one next to the shop charges you

   Always amazing. Please add the hot sauces to your menu so I can order complete order online. Otherwise I'm ordering some items via app and then ask for sauce and pay cash which I rarely have as your minimum card payment is £6 or £10

   Used Giorgios a few times. Always nice enough to go back but never exceptional. I never will use Giorgio’s again after today. Always a stressful experience. Disorderly and rushed. Today I found the manner in which the gentleman,who appears to run the establishment, was very short tempered with his colleagues and very short and snappy with customers. impatient is the best way to describe him. Very little appreciation for custom. Especially the Uber guys collecting who i feel he addressed very impatiently. The way the guy spoke to me suggests that it’s just a money making exercise above any service level. i Left the place without ordering and furious at the way I was addressed by the guy, very impatient when taking orders and then the way he spoke to me in front of customers because i wanted to use apple pay was embarrassing. I proceeded to use the chip shop up in Bakersfield and the service and food was 100 times better. Should anyone from Giogios wish to speak to me about this i am happy to discuss.

   Very disappointed. Food was over a hour late. I rang to check where my food was and was told they were still waiting for a driver. I asked them to clarify my food wasn’t sat waiting, which they confirmed, however this was a lie as when the food did arrive it was cold and inedible. The large kebab was also far from a large. I rang to complain and was promised to be “sorted out” next time. However rang today to reorder and was only offered 25%.. this would have been around £3.50. Not sufficient after spending £25 on food, in a cost of living crisis. After being a long standing customer I won’t be returning. Very disappointed at this service!

   Today while working in the area I visited this chip shop and for £4.50 I received a regular chips and a large battered sausage. The chips because of the cardboard box just tasted like cardboard and I don't know what they had done with the batter on the sausage but it was like chewing cardboard to try and bite the sausage in half. Even cutting it with the wooden folk was a challenge. As for flavour it was very bland and I'm glad I had some more salt in the van as I couldn't taste the salt and vinegar that they put on in the shop. I wouldn't visit again for chips if I was in the area.
