I got an IPhone 13 Mini yesterday, which I have been enjoying using, however I have reason to believe that I was given either a faulty cable or faulty phone, as it only charges when switched on.
Some good bargains fir Christmas presents. Always worth a visit no matter what time of year.
Decent service, bit of a wait at the till but overall good service and selection of products. Losing a star for the fact not all employees are trained in technical support. They should all be familiar with computers, ram, cpus and ssd including modifications. This goes the same with all tech in store. Basically, they should know what they are selling and what it can and cannot do
terrible staff. I brought shure headphones -- had already checked on the website that they took them. Was told they had no value because they were generic wired headphones - they finally agreed to check on the system, shock: "oh we do take those" - but then i was told they wouldn't take them because the buds were dirty (they weren't - they were new, but get squidged up when you attach them) - I said "but there's new pairs of buds in the case" - but that wouldn;t cut it, I would have to switch them myselves. Off to ebay to sell them for 3x what they would give me anyway. Third time in that store, third time being treated rudely.
We went to 3 other places before here and this was the only store that had used games and systems going back 40 years. They had the exact Pokemon Gameboy game we were looking for. All staff was very helpful and they have a giant selection of DVDs and Blu-ray’s as well. Would say this is easily the best used game store in the city centre.
Deffo be shopping here again lovely staff helped me out big time after buying a Wii frum ano store only to find out it didn't work and these ones replaced it by a ano one for me was well over the moon thanks again
Some of their products are a little bit cheaper than new ones, but some of them are much cheaper.
Used to come here a lot but word of warning. They give you the wrong disc for certain games. Some games for boxes displayed on shelves are not available. Labels advertise the wrong games.
Pathetic service make excuses that your console wont update so they dont have to buy it because they are dropping the price they are willing to pay for the console. But as for the update which when i rechecked when i got home the console was fully up to date usless money grabbing wasters will not be using them again and will advise anyone looking to sell there items to sell privately or else where
This store displays cases and keeps the discs behind counter. This is fine, except they have a hard time locating their own stock and I have been told multiple times this year that they can't find the discs for the items I wanted. Complete waste of time going in at all
