Ordered breakfast via uber eats. The vegan breakfast was awful. The ‘scrambled tofu’ was just a piece of plain tofu with zero flavour and wasn’t even cooked. The red pepper was out of a jar, slimy and tasted off. Everything just had a weird off taste to it. All that was good was hash browns and beans. The Belgian waffle was more like a biscuit. Hard and crumbly. Smoothies were actually juices, runny like water and not much flavour. Bacon on the full English was burnt. To say we spent £45, it was highly disappointing, with no option to actually speak with the restaurant to receive any kind of refund for bad food.

I ordered via Deliveroo first off, so I can't really comment about the atmosphere :) I ordered a chilli con carne and some homemade chips. Both arrived in very good time and were still very hot upon arrival! The chips were what was expected, but, chunky and delicious! The chilli, also good! A decent sized portion and just hot enough for taste, but not so hot it wasn't pleasent :)

We had a great experience to this restaurant. We were a group of five and thoroughly enjoyed our special meal there. The food was nice (hallumi and chicken wraps and the chips were delicious). The different coffees were wonderful and the staff surprised us with a birthday song with our cake. We would come anytime again. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing food drink and atmosphere the gentleman behind the bar went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect so pleased it has new management. The new menu is fantastic and a very good gluten-free options. 5 ***** the cocktails were amazing too.

Loved it in here, very comfortable, but food cold. I was so disappointed as it was Mothers Day treat. Manager took it off our bill. So I thanked him for that. I will pop in again as I don't want to write it off as staff very nice. Bar & restaurant lovely and local. Lots of choice in the Menu. Prices not bad either.

Went for brunch on our mother/daughter day out. Good choice of food. Very friendly staff. We chose pancakes and bacon and added our choice of sides (mushroom/hash browns) Good service and very reasonable price Didn't feel rushed at all and felt quite at ease to take our time and chat after food whilst drinking our tea .

Not been for a while. Seems to have changed hands. Liked the new menu options. Not very busy, but took about 10 minutes to be served. Chose Mac n cheese - tasted like out of a can & the broccoli on top was over cooked. Plus portion was very small. Husband had hunter chicken - same issue with broccoli & the chicken was also too well done & dry. What a shame, used to enjoy coming here. Plus… very pungent smell - like sewage in eating area!

Having checked local places around Mapperley where we could get early Sunday morning breakfast, we found Copper open from 9am. Having phoned ahead to make certain, we were the first arrivals, just after 9am. It was really nice to see smiling, helpful staff who were helpful in advising on the breakfast menu - an Full English and a salmon omelette. The black Americano was very good, as was the decaf latte with oat milk (almond and soya also available).....food was good and it was an overall nice experience and way to start Sunday.
